The boat itself was great but Captain Josh made it even better. Very knowledgeable about the area. Had a fabulous trip to Dry Tortugas and snorkeling.

JP and Captain Christopher made this a seamless experience and made sure we all had a great time. The boat easily fit our 12 person group and Captain Christopher let us play our music and have fun.

Our large group had a great time cruising around the keys with our captain, Carlos. We visited picturesque sandbars for a swim and some photo ops, visited Boca Grande, and watched dolphins play in the wake of the boat. Carlos was professional and accommodating. The boat provided a luxurious mode of transportation (small refrigerator, indoor area, small head) while still giving us the opportunity to feel the sea air in our hair on the back tanning deck. Thanks JP and Carlos!

We rented JP’s boat for a bachelorette trip in Tampa. The captain took us to a sand bar, where we floated around for a majority of our trip. The captain and first mate were amazing, and the boat was absolutely perfect! I definitely recommend for any groups trips/ getaways.

Couldn’t have picked a better boat for a fun family day offshore. There was plenty of room, a nice enclosed cabin for some shade, and it handle the waves with ease. JP made the booking easy and communicated with us the whole way. Captain Carlos did an amazing job making sure the whole family had a great time.

Our time on the water was amazing! We learned so much about the area, saw many different parts of the keys, & enjoyed being on the water. The boat was as described and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, and the surround sound rivals all neighboring boats! Our time on the water was amazing. And our Capt. even docked on the beach for us to serve food. We had a wonderful experience.

We have had several experiences on boats renting from boatsetter. We often go to DC and rent, but came down here for a trip and found this boat. The experience overall was great. The captain was awesome and very accommodating and everyone had an awesome time. With that said, with our experience renting some larger yachts more space was desired with us having 13 people and all the food, bags, and accessories we had. We did have issue with restroom and we paid for snorkeling, but more importantly both before and when we expressed our issue the company reached out several times to ensure to rectify our experience and make it 5 stars.

We booked this Special Occasion for our family to celebrate the life of my Mother and left some ashes in the water. The Boat was late for pickup, we didn't get credit for less time. The captain was swapped at the last minute. They didn't bring fishing gear which we prepaid and didn't get credit for it. However we really wanted to fish. We chose them for several reasons but oversold us on Fishing. Our Trip was fun & the New Captain was Friendly & non stop apologetic. We will not rent again

He was not only a skilled and knowledgeable navigator but also incredibly friendly and talkative. His enthusiasm for the area and the marine life was infectious, and he made sure everyone on board felt welcome and comfortable. Dani's expertise and passion made the trip memorable, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended!

We spent the day on Dry Tortugas with Carlos.
The boat was very nice! I’m glad we went with this boat because anything smaller might not be safe going that distance in the choppy February waters. Carlos did a great job and is very experienced. He knew where to snorkel and was very laid back and easy to talk to on the trip. We packed snacks, drinks and towels. The ferry was there and we were able to use their restrooms and get food/drinks. Great trip, thank you!

We had a great time!! The boat was awesome: we were all super comfortable and was perfect for all the kids and dogs!!! We were worried the weather wasn't in our favor (because of the high winds) but turned out to be just fine!!

Great boat!! Perfect for my family of 7. We spent the day out on the ocean with Carlos, the captain we hired for the trip. Sandbars, remote island, and cruising through the keys made our trip much more memorable than just hanging in Key West town.

We had the best day with JP! Leading up to the charter he made sure to stay in contact with us to find out exactly what we expected on our charter. The week of charter he helped change dates due to bad weather, much appreciated!! During charter JP showed us around/treated us like we were friends coming to visit. We stopped at sandbars, floating bars, and a local lunch spot. We had a group of 8 with ages ranging from 30-70 and we look forward to another charter with JP and his beautiful boat!

We chartered this boat out of Marathon for us, our 3 grown kids, their spouses & 3 young grandkids. JP made the booking simple & also made sure that our expectations were communicated & met. Carlos captained our boat & exceeded our hopes for the day considering it was a little cool for Florida. We cruised - so beautiful - we swam, fished a little, went to Kiki’s for a quick lunch and then made our way back to the beach to swim again. Time flew by! We highly recommend the boat, JP & Carlos!

We had a touching and lovely day on the water for the scattering of ashes of a loved one in the morning. After the memorial, we celebrated his life by snorkeling on a nearby reef, lunch and relaxing and sharing stories on a calm sandbar. The boat was amazing and accommodated our family of 10 including three little ones. Captain Carlos was knowledgeable of the boat and waters, flexible on our schedule and went above and beyond by keeping an extra eye on the little one ;-) GREAT TIME!

We could not have asked for a better captain! Drew was accommodating and patient even when we were running a little late. We could all tell he’s truly a master of his craft and not once did we feel unsafe on the water. Drew was fun and made sure we had a great time. He even stopped in the perfect area so we could see fireworks in the sky from all over the city. Drew absolutely made sure we had the perfect 4th of July. I can’t wait to use him as our captain again

By far the best part of our vacation. The reef in marathon looked like an aquarium it was so clear, snorkeling was amazing. The sunset from the gulf side was picture perfect and our captain Carlos was a real pro, making sure my wife and I enjoyed every minute on the water.

We booked this boat and had a poor experience nonetheless. We were on a strict time schedule and the captain ran into an issue with dockage available for dropping off clients before us which pushed our trip back. We were really upset, and it ruined our day. With that being said, the company and JP, reached out multiple times and cared about our experience. He took responsibility for the inactions and even made a donation to a non-profit of my choice as I didn't want money back or anything. Things happen, but I respect his willingness to try and make things right.

Excellent communications and experience on board from booking to enjoying the day with a very knowledgeable Captain Conner! The Axopar was a gorgeous dream to ride in, and we cut across the bay like a hot knife in butter. I will absolutely rebook with this very professional outfit again as schedules permit.

JP was able to provide a second boat and captain on very short notice to accommodate all my guests. Both Captains, Gregg and Carlos were fantastic.
