Chris and crew were great. They were responsive with all our questions. The pontoon was clean and working as expected! We left a cooler and a backpack cooler accidentally.
THey put it aside for us to come pick up. We had a blast and would definitely recommend!

Great experience on the boat. Our anchor did get stuck underwater and there was a little confusion about how to manage it, making us late returning to the dock, but the company was understanding and professional throughout the rest of the process. We had a great time and would rent again!

We rented the Tahoe 450 for 8 hours with Chris and his crew. Check in was super easy and we had zero issues with the boat. Chris was super accommodating in regards to water toys and any questions we had. I would highly suggest renting with Chris!

We reserved the first slot in the morning and with the high temperatures this summer, we were glad we did! It’s a bit of a hike to their marina but the staff greeted us before we had made our decent and offered to help carry our gear. The boat orientation was thorough with great tips on minding the shallows since the lake is less than 50% full this year. The staff on the return was just as helpful, taking our trash and helping us load. We will definitely rent from them again!

Everyone was very helpful and nice. We were able to change boats for small hourly increase in price. Boats were in great shape. Would rent there again.

The check in status was easy and quick. Chris was very responsive and easy to contact. The boat was very nice and we all, adults and kids, loved the slide and the double decker boat. We did 6 hours from 2 PM - 8 PM and it was perfect.

Pretty poor experience. The boat was bare bones for a pontoon and not in great condition. The boat can’t support an inner tube, and wasn’t well communicated on the posting. The table on the boat became unmoored at one point and fell during the rental, too. The rental price accounts for a subpar vessel, though.
Importantly, we left an item on the boat. It’s our fault that it was left. But it took 3 separate phone calls with no call backs to confirm, and was never confirmed. Unacceptable service.

We had a great time and our Captain Preston did a wonderful job keeping us safe! The boat was really nice and met our needs for the day.

This is our family’s 2nd time to rent a pontoon boat so I only have one other rental to compare. This rental from Boatsetters had 2 doors on the boat that would not stay closed. The boat was extremely slow. When I mentioned this to the worker when we returned, he pointed out that the motor on this boat was only 50 hp and our other rental must have been 150hp. Our other rental came with a flotation device that we were able to pull people behind, lots of fun. This rental was just not as fun.

The boat was well taken care of and Chris and his team helped us navigate the workings of the boat as well as making sure we docked properly. We also got an add on of the lily pad so we could relax in the water.

Awesome trip! I captain Tyler was awesome! Wish the weather would of been a little less windy but it was still a great trip lol! Will be booking with them again on our next trip!
