Unfortunately, the pontoon was disappointing. The boat was messy with bins in the seating area, the upholstery was in poor condition, the Bluetooth speaker didn't work, and the inflatable paddleboard wouldn't keep air. The ladder was broken and even caused one of our guests to cut their finger. The captain was also scraping the side of the boat right where we were trying to enjoy the water. They were also late picking us up. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience fell short.

The "River Queen" was awesome! Our crew of roughly 35 guys had an absolute blast upon the water and we loved our Captain and First Mate. I would highly recommend a day on the water!!

I had a great time on the boat with my family, Ryan our captain was friendly and professional. He did a great job showing us around Miami and supplied us with water, music, and a cooler full of ice. Our family of six had plenty of space on the boat and we had a great time!

Booked the boat for 25 people for my birthday and we had a blast. Enough room to dance and hang out. They took us to the sandbar which was beautiful and calm. The captain and crew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Will definitely be booking again in the near future.

I was very disappointed with this boat. I informed the captain where to take us and they did not dock where he told us they would. I am also annoyed because the listing said there was a bathroom when there was not. This boat was a load of lies and I am not happy!!!
