Due to circumstances outside anyone's control, our day did not go as planned and we had to cut our rental short. Matthew was quickly responsive and was very helpful throughout the day even when we had to return early to the slip.

Matthew is the man. made it super easy, and I would absolutely use him again in the future to rent. Boat ran super smooth too. Had some juice for a pontoon boat lol.

The boat ride was fun, it was clean and Matthew was very nice when going over the boat. There was a disconnect when trying to find the boat as that information was never given to us. I could not get ahold of him so I ended up having to call Boatsetter and they had to contact him for us. The front panel of the metal gate flew off mid ride across the lake and cut my son in the leg. You could tell it had been damaged before and put back on with plastic screws. Hopefully we will not be charged

Matthew was awesome...very responsive, very respectful! The boat was brand new, fully equipped with everything we needed...just gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy! We had a great time out on the water celebrating my birthday with family and friends! It was definitely the highlight of my weekend! 10/10 definitely recommend!
