Great location and a comfortable boat however a) he was not ready for us when we arrived (still taking photos of the boat should we have damaged it) b) was not the least apologetic when we informed him we'd had engine trouble. We have owned powerboats for years and appreciate that engine trouble can happen but we had a lot of it (seemed like block fuel lines) to the extent we could only go very slowly from about 30 minutes into our two-hour rental and even then it cut in and out toward the end. Would have appreciated a little more apology from him at a minimum (though waiving the refueling charge would have been a nice gesture too.)

Terrific boat, and Orlando was very friendly and helpful, with clear instructions about the boat and advice about where to go. Procedures for getting in and out were easy. Orlando was very quick to respond to our same day booking request and was quick and responsive nailing down the details. Orlando was a few minutes late to the dock, but just gave us a few minutes on the back end to make up for it.

Absolutely a wonderful trip. We had a fantastic time with scenic views of DC, Georgetown, and the Potomac. We had a lovely ride, a great swim, and can’t say enough good things about the experience. If you can, go for a full 3 hours or more to really get to enjoy the experience.

We had an amazing time on our charter today. My father was visiting from out of the country, so our family of 6 booked a two hour trip along the Potomac. We were able to see the monuments and memorials from the water, Georgetown, the Wharf, take lots of photos and enjoy lunch on the boat. The weather was perfect and it was so relaxing. I was worried about motion sickness but it wasn’t a problem at all. I highly recommend this father&son team for your boating needs. We most definitely will!

Orlando was incredibly rude and condescending a number of times, did not arrive for the pick up, and did not tell me his father would be there instead, yet acted very concerned with boat safety beforehand on text. It was not clear who to call or text while on the water. I would not recommend renting his boat if you’re looking to have an enjoyable experience. Dealing with someone like this isn’t worth it.

The pontoon had plenty of seating, storage and dancing room. The bluetooth onboard allowed us to easily use our playlists for all the moods we felt on the water.

We had a great experience renting an 18’ Bayliner from Orlando. His friend David met us at Gravelly Point, checked us out in the boat, and we were on our way. Fuel charge was $30 for two hours, which seemed very fair. We appreciated the chance to take a boat out on the Potomac on our own, and we look forward to renting this boat again.

Fernando and Alvaro from OCK Boats were great to rent from. Very professional and responsive. We took out a Bow Liner on the Potomac for a couple hours from Gravelly Point. We had several kids in our party and they went out of their way to make sure we had the right size PFDs and other details. Boat had new outboard motor and was very clean. Definitely consider them if you're renting in or around the DC / Arlington area.

Boat was awesome, exactly as described and in good condition. Really perfect for kids! Orlando was super chill and up front; he had good recommendations as to where to go for what we were looking for and how much time we had. The marina was really easy to access and parking was no problem. There was even a little wheelbarrow/cart thingy you could use to get all your stuff down to the boat. It was a great introductory boating experience for our kids. Would definitely rent from Orlando again👍🏻

The Bayliner 18 is a comfortable and fun boat for time on the water with friends. We rented from Orlando for a two-hour sunset cruise on the Potomac and had a great time along the Georgetown and Southwest DC waterfronts. The boat was well set up, and Orlando made the pickup and dropoff easy and convenient. He was extremely responsive with all communications, and I'll look forward to renting from him again. This was my first time with Boatsetter, and the booking and insurance were smooth.

Orlando was quick in communication. He was late to our appointment but he did let us know ahead of the time. This was the first time I was an operator, and we had a small accident during the departure. However, I was put in a non prefect position due to his request to drop him off at a different docking position. I paid for all the repair in full. I wish I was not put in such a position. Otherwise, the boat was clean and worked well.

Orlando's boat was perfect for our needs. He was quick to respond. The pickup location at Gravelly Point was very convenient and the boat was clean and easy to drive. His assistant, David, who met us was very nice and gave us a tips on where to drive the boat on the Potomac and what to watch out for. All in all, a great experience. I look to renting from Orlando again.

My friend and I did a late evening tour. We had an amazing time going up and down the river, seeing beautiful sunset near Georgetown and finally breathtaking lit up monuments in the night.

Be aware this is not a typical pontoon boat. It is a jet ski with a pontoon boat attached. The operation and controls are pure jet ski. That may be fine for those familiar with jet ski operation, but for us it was a bit of a surprise.

Cannot express the fun and enjoyment my friends and I had on this boat. Usually in the past I would want a non-captain boat but should you have the opportunity I highly recommend having him join.
