This is our second time renting from Rory, the boats are as described and he will let you know what else he has available to fit your needs and have an exceptional time. His boats are also very clean! We will be renting from Rory again in the future!

Overall the boat was fun. However, we were driving for about 2.5 hours of the 4 hours. We went out and 10 minutes out our boat ran out of gas. Then we has to find our own way to get towed so we could get gas. This took up a huge chunk of our time. After we were offered a discount for next time, but really we should have been refunded the money for the lost time or been given the extra time that was taken from us. If this is handled I would change to a 5 star rating.

Fantastic rental and a great time island hopping around Clearwater! Rory is very professional, easy to work with, and available for advice and questions while you’re on the water. His equipment is reliable and in great condition. You can’t go wrong with this one. We rented from a number of different places in the past, but Rory is now our “go to”, and a trip to Clearwater wouldn’t be complete without at least one day on one of Rory’s boats. Rent with confidence!

The boat trip was great and Brad was good to work with in delivering and picking up the boat. The boat itself needs some upkeep, especially the seats and the steering wheel. A depth finder would also be helpful.

Rory was really excellent to work with and accommodated all our needs, even when we asked to adust the starting time for our first day only the day before.

We had two fabulous days on the water. We could have used a little more power to pull up a slalom skier more quickly, but we were not hindered and our skiers had a great time. Rory has other boats and next time we'll ask for a little more than the 90HP merc, a 115 would do nicely.

We rented this boat for 6 hours, but after 1 hour, the weather worsened, and strong winds made navigation uncomfortable. I asked to change the rental to 4 hours, but they refused, offering only a credit for future use. The boat is very noisy—you can’t talk while moving. Fuel lasted only 4.5 hours in 30 mph winds. It’s quite worn out, 3⭐️/5 at best. Speed is disappointing—comfortable at 22 mph, but anything faster is unbearably loud. Consider these factors before renting.

We originally scheduled and paid for the rental on Saturday, but was contacted by the owner informing us the boat was only available Sunday. Sunday we were informed we’d be receiving a pontoon instead of the Bayliner. We were limited.

Communication wasn’t great and confusing with note saying pickup time different than what I booked, and it was multiple days till I heard back to the point I was nervous if this was happening or not. Also the guy handing over the boat was rude and had an attitude. The boat was old but decent. Overall not a terrible experience but could’ve been better.

This luxury pontoon was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a group of ten and there was room to spare.

Jeremy took great care of us on the boat he was a wonderful captain. The whole group had such a great time we would do it again in a heartbeat yes. He got us through the storm

The speedometer didn’t work and we had a lot of issues tying the boat to the dock due to lack of knowledge and the choppy water. We asked about the 10% off for weekday bookings prior to reserving this boat and got no response. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a great day on the water - boat ran strong and Ameer (who handled the delivery) was awesome. One thing is, although it was comfortable, this pontoon is a little tired (especially for the money) with some seat tears and worn-out surfaces. A fresh interior would make it a 5-star, but all in all a terrific experience with a good, communicative owner. Would recommend and rent from Rory again.

Fantastic day on the water.
Renting From Rory was painless and easy. He was at the launch location when we arrived and he gave us a simple walk through the boat details. We had four hours on the Intercoastal in Clearwater and the enjoyed every minute. We have boating experience but I he Bayliner is a forgiving boat to use even if you are new to boating or rusty. Just follow Rory's guidance and then njoy!!!

Unfortunately we found out the day of that the stereo didn't work and didn't get any type of discount or voucher BUT the boat was amazing, very clean and very well maintained we paid for the tube and that was also in great shape. I was hesitant about the speed for tubing but it was perfect. So just ask about the stereo hand not sure if it was something that just happened or something they're pushing off fixing..

Rory was easy to work with and boat was enjoyable. I had a local resident on board, which helped with navigating the sometimes shallow waters near Clearwater. Boat had an anchor that we used to 'park' for an hour at a local beach only accessible by boat. We pulled a tube for an hour or so as well. fun family day!

Rory made our day on the water very enjoyable! Upon arrival, Rory made sure that we knew everything that we needed to know about the boat to be comfortable with running it. He also took the time to make sure to point out places where we would be able to go if we wanted to hop from island to island or just to pull in and have some food at one of the local restaurants.
