We had a great time on Water. The staff was very helpful and easygoing. We were riding with toddlers and the staff thoroughly went over the safety guidelines. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a great experience overall. The boat was in great shape and we were fully briefed on its operation. Everyone was nice and professional. The price was right. We will rent from them again next time we are in the area.

Beautiful, clean boat! Booking and picking up process was nice and easy! Only area for improvement would be including a second anchor. We anchored at the sandbar and only have the 1 in the front made it a little tricky in between the other boats. Other than that, would definitely book again!

We had a great, great time with Captain John. It was easy checking in and we got free snacks. Saw dolphins and amazing waterfront houses. It was beautiful day!

It was a newer boat but didn't have depth finder and navigation. They did recommend an app which actually worked pretty well.
60 HP, a little under powerd. But overall great experience.

The Lowcountry Watersports team was so friendly. The pontoon boat we rented was great and the price was far better than going through some local marinas.

July 4th boating encounter was nothing short of perfect. From the quick booking, to the check in/out. The Dock master was great at helping with setting us up , and suggestions for our boating experience. The staff (as mentioned in other posts) was absolutely the best from the young lady that guided us to the boat, to the young men and lady that helped us dock.! Our grandkids, the fishing , cruising and the swimming was all excitement they could stand. The boat was exactly as described.

Trip was fine, but the promised photograph never materialised despite several emails which went unanswered. This rather spoilt what was generally an enjoyable experience. For this reason I would not book again or recommend if you require a photograph to remember the occasion.

Everything was great, I wish I would have booked a boat with a bigger motor to be able to get around more places in the 4 hour time we had. Overall, the the check in, the rental, and the check out was prefect. Thanks

Communication never happened. I sent 3 messages via Boatsetter and even went by the marina to talk to Monika, they promised she would call me, she never did. When we did show up she was busy and I was told the boat only had a 60hp engine. I’ve spent some time on the intercoastal waters and with the strong tides and winds, the boat topped out at 13mph. They told me all boats in their fleet are 60hp, which simply wasn’t true. I would have not rented had I know the boat would be so underpowered.

We rented a pontoon boat and we’re inexperienced boaters. They did a great job helping us out and were super accommodating which made for a great day/experience!

Boat was great, comfortably sat all 7 of us. Young man who met us was very knowledgeable, explained everything and made the whole experience very easy. I would give it 5 stars however boat does not have a ladder and 3 of our party cut their legs getting back on the boat after swimming.

Monika was very nice & gave us great instructions. It was very easy to find the shop to check-in & they took care of everything else. They gave us the run down on everything we needed to know, as far as driving, where equipment was. They were very lenient about the time as they’d rather us get back safely then nickel & dime us, which was very nice. We had the boat back a little after our time & it wasn’t a big deal at all. I would absolutely recommend this experience to everyone!

Extremely convenient. Extremely clean. Great instruction before heading out. We encountered bad weather and they reached out to us to assist. Would definitely consider using this rental service again.

The office/check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived a little late due to traffic, and they extended our "in the water" time to be sure we got the full two-hour experience. The young man assisting with our boat orientation was also very friendly, helpful, and patient with six adults and two toddlers. The GPS made sure we always knew where we were, where we were going, and how to get back. And we saw a few dolphins and jellyfish. Overall, we had a fantastic time.

Great pontoon, very clean. 90 horse engine gave enough power with 5 adults and 3 kids aboard. Only minus was ladder on boat was broken making it difficult to come back on boat after stopping to swim; was told by staff they were hard/expensive to replace.

Overall would do again.
