The boat was just as advertised. The owners were super responsive and willing to work with me and my family to make for a fantastic time out on their boat. I can still hear my kids laughing and giggling as we rode out to Anclote Key! Great time, will be back for sure.

Everything was great. We wanted a nice calm relaxing sunset cruise and got that plus some. Tons of dolphins around and the areas we went were beautiful.

The boat was exactly how it was described and exactly like the images shown on the profile. There were accommodations for our food and beverages, a raft which came in handy while we were at a key. Very smooth ride the entire time.

Boat was clean and in great running condition

The captain was really knowledgeable about the area. He was nice. He gave us suggestions on were we can go for the best views. He helped us with our bags and was really informed.

"Why Not" it a beautiful boat. It was very clean. When we boarded it was stocked with towels and ready for our departure. Andres was outstanding in communicating all of the details to us prior to our trip.

I had an amazing 5-star boat ride! The 6-hour journey was incredibly fun, thanks to a clean boat and a fantastic crew. They made sure we felt safe and well-cared for throughout. Breathtaking scenery and wildlife sightings added to the experience. Unforgettable adventure!

Everything went smooth! The captain was very professional, explained everything we needed and chose the best spot for photo-shooting and proposal!

We had a fantastic time. Andres and his fiancee were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very responsive both when messaging back as forth with questions before booking and also, during our rental, they were only a text or phone call away. They also thought of all the little details to make our day enjoyable. I'm a very novice boater and Andres was incredibly patient in teaching me what I needed to know to have a fun day on the water. Highly recommend and will use again.

Our time on the water was stunning. The view was perfect! The only downfall was that before leaving the dock the restrooms on the boat was not functioning properly. This was discovered and reported to crew members ASAP. This caused us to forfeit our $500 security deposit. Other than that mishap the boat was as described. If booking I would make sure that you have everything in writing if they tell you the bathrooms aren’t working :)

Really nice time on a great boat.

We decided to go on a boat cruise at the last minute, and Crest Pontoons made it happen. We loved the boat and the time spent on it.

Andres was awesome, very profesional and yet very friendly and accommodating. His briefing put everyone at ease and demonstrated that we were in good hands! Him and his wife who also joined, and she assisted with everything as a great co-captain for him! We would definitely recommend them with out a doubt!

I rented boats/yachts for many years and this was by far the best experience and the best value for the money the captain and his mate were exceptional. They attended to all of our needs.

What a wonderful experience! They definitely deserve more than 5 stars. We celebrated my wife’s birthday with a six hour trip, with dinner on board. Launa was extremely helpful with setting up decorations and delicious snacks and dinner. Her communication was prompt and she was on top of every detail. Andres piloted us around perfectly and made our trip so enjoyable. He knew exactly where to go to avoid rough seas and the kids had a great time swimming and looking for shells on a tiny island.

He contacted me directly the day before to ask if I had any questions provided all the information I needed had water and ice for us on board. He did his best for me and the girls to have the best time and we did!

Pro: Boat was clean, in great shape, and ran perfectly. No problems, and it looks better in person. Andre responded quickly to messages before the rental, and Mario was quick to get the keys after rental. Boat has motor trim and trim tabs that work, so riding in waves was smooth and easy. The anchor system was push button and worked like a champ. The GPS system on board kept us updated with location and depth of water. Great day, and great boat. We had a blast!

They've set the bar extremely high with their superior customer service and we're lucky to have set sail on the 4th of July(Amazing fireworks and sunset). Beautiful evening out with Robert and Jordan. We had a "full crew" of family in for the holiday and the boat was perfect for a sunset cruise. Great layout for outdoor seating -- highly recommend.

We had an amazing time on the beautiful Princess with Andres and Lou. They taylored the trip to exactly what we wanted to do. We cruised, visited 2 islands, spent time relaxing on the ocean mats, and saw a ton of dolphins! We even got drone video of our time on board.

We had active teens, sunbathers, and seniors who did not want to be in the sun on board. Everyone had an amazing time!

We will definitely book the Princess again the next time we are in Tampa.

We made a last minute decision to book with Andres aboard the Princess yacht and our expectations were surpassed! Before we ended our excursion we found ourselves planning to book again.
