Thank you so much for having us! We had such a fun time staying on the houseboat. It was such a unique experience, and the space was cozy, comfortable, and very well thought out.

The only feedback we’d offer is that you may want to look into the rotten egg smell that comes through the drain pipes. It became quite strong whenever we ran the shower or sink and would permeate throughout the house. We made it work and just tried to be quick when using the water, but it could be a bit uncomfortable

The boat was in perfect condition and Nick was great to work with, but the really great thing about this rental is the location, it is a perfect combination of intercoastal, scenic, and ocean waters. Would definitely recommend!
