The boat is awesome and Patrick was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He even allowed to adjust our time window one day prior to the rental because of changing weather conditions.

Another amazing trip on Patrick’s boat! He reviewed everything with us before departure, made sure the boat was clean and allowed us to socially distance at the dock, and provided over-the-top customer service. We’ve been on Patrick’s VR6 a number of times now, and have had a great experience every time. Thank you Patrick!

We were a group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) and the boat was a perfect size for us. Plenty of seats, plenty of storage. The Bimini top provided excellent shade for a 90 degree day. Patrick was very responsive and helpful and the boat is in excellent condition. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you for a great experience!

Patrick was very helpful and accommodating. The boat was great. We had a lot of fun tubing on the Magothy, cruising in the bay and anchoring near Dobbins Island. I recommend it for sure.

Great check-in. Helpful dockhand to get us going. Boat is super nice and comfortable for our group. Great marina location. Where this rental fell short was in the boat performance. Specifically, there was a problem with the engine slipping (i.e. full throttle but getting no propulsion) so the boat would not easily get up to speed. Once up to speed, the engine would start slipping again, which was an issue for tubing and cruising around. Also, we burned $50 in gas in just 3 hours which is a lot.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Patrick so friendly and responsive - excellent to work with! The boat was a dream to ride in. We went south to Annapolis, and over to the Kent Narrows, and in every area we went the boat performed beautifully!

Patrick was great to work with, when I had asked to reschedule he was flexible and responsive The boat was great and we had a wonderful time. Make sure you leave a little more time for pick up and drop off. It took an hour or so to figure out one of the pick up and one of the drop-offs.

What a great boating experience. Patrick was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was instrumental and helping us since this was our first time using BoatSetter--And everything went smoothly. You could tell that Patrick did everything he could to make this 5 day rental perfect for the family. And what a BOAT. Had everything we needed and wanted. Patrick had just put a new TurboSwing on the boat and it was perfect for the tubing. Will certainly rent this boat and work with Patrick again!

Boat was in great shape, and Patrick/Preston were a great team to rent from.

I paid over $3,000 for a 3-day rental. We picked up the boat at 10:00 AM. Everything checked out OK and the gauge showed a full tank of gas. By noon we were stranded in the middle of the bay with a dead engine. Had to call BoatUS for a tow. Patrick said we should have "topped off the tank" before leaving the dock. Not sure why we would need to top off an already full tank. I've asked for at least a partial refund and complained to Boatsetter directly with no response. Not happy at all. After talking to management, I received a satisfactory refund.

Patrick is an absolute pleasure to work with - outstanding customer service - and his boat is in pristine condition. This was our third time out on the boat, and we had such a good time on the Magothy. The marina is easy to get to and convenient, Patrick obviously takes pride in keeping his boat clean and seaworthy, and it's a fun and comfortable ride. We will definitely be renting a fourth time.
