Great boat to go tubing and wake boarding with. Plenty of room for a family of 5, two wakeboards, and a fully inflated tube. Would be happy to rent again!

We had a great time!

The pontoon boat we had originally rented received damage from recent storms in our area. Edwin upgraded (no additional charge) to his larger 25' pontoon. It was in great shape and we enjoyed our day on the lake!!

We rented this boat, unfortunately someone did damage the night before. Owners called before our rental time, offered a full refund or the option of another boat. We decided on another boat. It all worked out. However I don’t recommend the pontoon boat for pulling the tube as it really doesn’t have the power for it.

We didn’t receive the location pin until day of; instructions were unclear. We purchased the boat because of the option to rent an inner-tube, but once we were in the boat, we were told there was no inner-tube. It was frustrating to not be told that until we were in the boat. We ended the trip early after dropping off my daughter because we felt rushed off the boat.

The night before we were supposed to rent the boat, Edwin said that there was an issue with it and it needed to go to the shop. We switched our reservation from 11:00 to 2:00, and he assured us he would have the boat ready to go at 2. We arrived at 2, and he kept telling us it would be “10 more minutes.” 30 minutes later, he’s not answering our texts or phone calls. He didn’t show up until 3:15- 1 hour and 15 minutes late. He also didn’t apologize. Returning the boat was also a huge headache.

I rented a Bentley boat, 2 days in advance, for a 10:30 start time and the day of Edwin (I believe his name was) TEXTED to tell me that the boat was unavailable, keep in mind I was still charged the full price of the rental & a security deposit. He found another company that got us on a boat at 1:15!! We arrived at the marina @10a.m. So we waited around in 109 degree weather for the second boat. The co that came up w/ the 2nd boat did a fabulous job, but I will not be using Boatsetter again.

No complaints, great hosts. Gave us directions on how to drive the boat very thoroughly and we’re flexible with our time even tho we showed up late. The boat was very clean and lots of fun.

The boat was nice and Edwin was very good at explaining how to operate the boat. Well this wasn't their fault, because of the previous renters did not bring the boat back on time, we did not get on the lake until an hour after hour reservation. While they told us we could keep it an extra hour, we rented from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. because because we had some place to be at 8:00 p.m. overall it was a good experience, and I would rent from them again.

Edwin was great! The gate directed us the wrong way accidentally and he came to us and drove us down to where the boat needed to be. It was a seamless trip and he went above and beyond. We will definitely be back very soon!

Boat was fine, nothing spectacular. However, it was an hour late for drop off. We were told that we would receive a refund for the unused hour. I have reached out to the person who actually delivered the boat as well as the owner to follow up and have not received a reply.

We had a rocky start with our reservation, we had booked 10 am to 2 pm and got a text 10 minutes before that something had happened with the car and we would have to push the reservation back to 1 pm. This was a birthday and we had a day planned around it so it was an inconvenience but things happen and Edwin still worked with us and got us the boat at 1:30. He even let us extend our time up to two more hours so that was cool, I would book again.

Excellent customer service. We’re from out of town and got a lost finding the location. Edwin had called me and helped me find him. He also picked us up from the parking lot and took us straight to the lake which cut out a 10min walk. He was so accommodating and helpful. You don’t really find anyone like this anymore. The boat was perfect and the added inter tube on the back was a blast. This was a first boat trip for us and Edwin made it memorable. We will only book with him!!

This was a last-minute decision and I couldn’t be happier that there was a boat available and Edwin could not have been nicer and more accommodated. Helpful. It was a beautiful day. Everything went perfect.

The Switch is amazing! First time anyone in our crew had been on one, and it’s super fun to drive and easier to control than other boats I’ve driven. The flat deck in front is comfy too. We fished, tubed, and dock and dined at Dillon’s for lunch. Got the fishing gear and tube add-ons. Edwin gave a great rundown and pointed us towards Humbug Cove where we caught a couple largemouth and striped bass.

We have been looking at purchasing a Sea-doo switch for some time. It was great to be able to have a “test drive” with one to see if it was a purchase that we really wanted to make.
The host was awesome, he was there early and had the boat ready to go when we got there. He helped us load our cooler and everything on, walked us through how to use it, and got us launched. When we were ready to be picked up we texted and he was right there.
If you are looking to rent a pontoon this is the way!

This boat was perfect for our needs, but the top-tier service provided by Ed and Joe made this a 5-star experience. We wanted a comfortable boat with some shade and a good sound system, so we could cruise back into a small cove and relax away from the crowds and waves. This boat delivered.
We could have rented a comparable boat from other providers. Ed and Joe made this experience so much better by helping us get our cooler and other things on to the boat then helping unload at the end.

Great group of guys. Super responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them and their boat every chance I get.

We rented a boat same day, which seemed great. However, the first boat we got broke down as soon as we got it into the water. We rented a tubing boat & bought a tube before the trip. When we called the guys to let them know the boat wasn’t running right, they sent a guy out with us & confirmed we couldn’t use the boat.

They had a pontoon back at the dock, which broke down too. We flagged down police for a tow but were able to get back to dock. Edgar is now refusing to refund.

Edwin and Ian are awesome, they made sure we had the best day on the lake, highly recommend.
