Captain and crew weren’t as engaging and friendly as previous yachts booked but, very nice yacht. I always book yachts in Miami for my birthday, I’d probably go a different direction next time.

Had an amazing day with the family, the boat is exactly as advertised and the crew is the best part. Will be renting again soon! Thank you for everything

A marvelous trip in Miami/Biscayne bay today with Captain Shawn and his crew. The boat was fantastic, with plenty of room for our group of 9 to lounge , swim and just enjoy the beautiful views, which included a group of dolphins playing in the boat’s wake, giving us quite a show! Highly recommend!

It was a spectacular evening aboard the yacht “The Usual”. Captain Glenn Wood was a master! If one wants a multi-course first class dining experience with great wine this is the yacht for you! Our chef was amazing. The attention to detail by the staff was incredible. They took the time to understand what we wanted and they did a fabulous job. I recommend the team led by Captain Glenn Wood and the yacht “The Usual”!!!! Awesome memories! Thank you.

We have been chartering boats for several years now. Kim and Captain Pedro bar-none,gave us the best experience we have ever had on a boat. We booked the trip the same day at 10am for a 1pm departure. Kim called me on my cell and delivered on a timely departure. Captain Pedro is a pro!
