Despite the rainy start to the morning, Raul was an excellent captain making sure he navigated to avoid other rain showers. We had a great time and the communication with Bircan was fantastic! Definitely recommend booking through them!

Pricing and overcharge
The original confirmed rental price was 495.38 plus 200 for the captain, for a total of 695.38.

On the day of the rental, an additional 326.56 was charged, again plus the 200 captain fee, bringing the total to 1,021.94 without any clear advance explanation or justification for this higher amount.

This kind of opaque, day‑of‑rental price increase feels misleading and not in line with what a renter should expect when booking through a professional platform

I cannot review this actual boat because it had mechanical issues the day of departure. We had to downgrade to a 42 ft boat. It was a bit disappointing since it was my husband’ birthday yacht and we had 5 total boats tied off so his should’ve been nicer.

Also, our AC was off once parked. I wasn’t aware this was something that could’ve been changed. Make sure to ask to keep AC on!!!
Both charters from Bircan were the only 2 with it off.

Bircan's boat is exactly what my wife and I were looking for when we wanted to get out on the water for a few hours for our anniversary. Captain Volkan was wonderful and made us feel welcomed the second we stepped onto the boat. They were able to get us a Jetski last minute and ensured we had the best day! Would highly recommended Bircan and Captain Volkan for your day out in Miami!

Definitely one of the best experiences of my life me and friends rented the boat for 4 hours the captain was a very good sport he made sure we had fun and took us to a good spot where we can chill and party. Yatch is very clean and spacious gave us free water and Ice while we was in the boat we felt at home.

Captian was great. Boat owner cancelled 2 times. Found me another boat. That didn’t look anything like the pictures. Boat is held together by tape. We made the best of the trip but i booked two different boats, and ended up in a 3rd boat that seemed subpar.

The ride was amazing! The boat was nice. The owner was able to reason with us about the whether and pushed us back an hour. The Captain Brandon was really nice he joked with us and was very chill we felt safe in his hands. He crew member Emmit was very attentive and grabbed us drinks when ever he could and he served our snacks for us. He made sure we were alright and paid attention to us.I would book again just make sure to be early and ask your questions especially about parking !

We were very disappointed with our experience. The boat was in poor condition—run down, beat up, and not well-maintained. Key amenities like the refrigerator and the AC in the cabin didn’t work, and the exterior looked neglected. Even worse, black smoke from the rear exhaust was entering the cabin, making it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe.

We were only taken to one location instead of the two that were promised, and the onboard toilet was overflowing, which was unacceptable. To top it off

Booked Bircan's boat for a bachelorette party, and the experience was great! The captain was very accommodating and on top of things. The boat was beautiful and clean. Would recommend and go again!

The boats this company owns are floating dumps! The pictures are at least 10 years old, at least! The paint is missing and faded / chipped everywhere, seats are torn and filthy, interior and exterior. The boat we booked had a broken engine and after 45mins we were asked to change to a different boat which was just as dirty and poorly maintained! Even had Broken fridge, both boats looked like they were salvage boats that never got fully restored The captain was very nice and kept apologizing.

Went out with a group of 13 of us. Had a blast. Paul and his mate were the best and provided great service we couldn’t be happier.

Our group of 12 really enjoyed the 4-hour trip. The captains were very polite and courteous and asked us where we wanted to go, and didn’t mind that our group was a bit late. The boat is spacious and comfortable. Would recommend.

Second time booking and we love it every time!

The boat was fine, but rated 3 stars because of the captaining. Our only request for the captain is that they would be happy to talk to my father for the trip. He loves talking to captains and asking them about what we are driving past, and I was promised a great captain for us. Our captain did not speak any English and did not know the area. Also the parking was not free, couldn't leave until 30 mins after. The 30 mins was not returned to us. No sandbar, no swimming, no tour, 30 mins short.

Suleyman was amazing! I booked this yacht last minute for my birthday and they were so accommodating! They served my friends and I our drinks, made sure we were good and put the mat out for us to enjoy the ocean! It was amazing! They went above and beyond! The boat was spacious and perfect for my friends and I! Look no further! Definitely book with them! I will book them next time for sure!

I rented the boat for my birthday. My friends and I had a blast. The boat was beautiful. We went to Haulover Sandbar and had such a good time. Bircan was really good with answering all of my annoying questions lol and the Captain Paul was amazing. We will definitely rent again!

Greatest time ever! We were 10 on the boat between 4 Kids who had a great time and 6 adults. Boat was spacious enough for all of us. And there were outdoor shaded area for those who did not want the full sun.

Great crew! Damien and mom were very accommodating. They were engaging, friendly and very laid back.
They set us up comfortably and took us to several interesting sights before anchoring to allow our kids an opportunity to swim off the aft of the boat.

The boat looks amazing. It had plenty of room for 7 guest. Upstairs n Downstairs was amazing. Pictures were epic! We went around 2-4pm, the sunny was out, it was pretty hot but the ocean breezy and shade definitely helped a lot. We saw also dolphins! There was a Bluetooth speaker to connect to along with a cooler for drinks and the boat came with plenty of water! Definitely An amazing experience, I would definitely booked again!!! 10/10🔥

Crew were really nice and we had a nice time. However the pictures are misleading probably from when it was new. The boat is old.. the seats are worn out and torn. Cabinets are broken. Cabins were all sealed off , missing door knobs with do not enter signs. AC in main area didn't work..

They accommodated our itinerary very courteously. Damien and Alexander were excellent Captains and maneuvered the boat well. The boat was very clean and tidy and maintained very well. Would highly recommend their service. Only suggestion that I can give is even though the bathrooms were maintained very cleanly, there was still some smell coming from that area. Other than that very enjoyable trip with a very courteous team. Would highly recommend.

The captain was amazing! Super kind. Everything went smoothly. I had a great 4th of July all because of this yacht ride.

We rented this boat for a party of 12 (bachelor party). We had an awesome time with our captain Rafael. There were a few hiccups here and there. For example, we had to sit around for about 30 minutes before heading downtown since the bridge closed on us, but it wasn't a big deal. We docked at an island near downtown and were able to swim around. There was an issue with setting the anchor down though, but I think the captain's mate might have done that wrong. All in all though--great experience!
