K was a great host. When we ask for a change in accommodations on site he quickly made arrangements for us. Everyone on my boat trip had a great time and K made sure we were all comfortable. We plan to book again this summer!

3rd year in a row chartering a boat with K and Charity - and they crushed it yet again. Captain Meschel Lee was incredible, as well. Looking forward to continuing the streak next year with this boat, or any other boat in their fleet. Highly recommend.

The water was not on our side for our boat day, but the staff made sure we had a great time otherwise! The staff made sure we were accommodated and very friendly, we didn’t want to leave! Luxury yacht staff & Kailyn are so amazing and helpful, I’m really glad I booked with them and can’t wait to again!

Although K was very helpful in booking and finding us a captain at the last minute, I was very disappointed in the boat. As another review mentioned, there were intense gas fumes making all nauseated. Also, anchor did not work and guests had to try to manually pry it out, unsuccessfully. Waisted 45min of our charter on this. Also, really loud alarm kept going off while on the lake and Captain had to stop the engine and had no idea what it was. K only offered slight discount on future chart

K and his team provided the best boat day experience ever! K was incredibly clear about what we needed to do ahead of the boat and was very responsive to any questions we had. He let us know that there was a small issue with the original boat we reserved so he upgraded us to a bigger and better boat with no added charge! This was my first time using Boatsetter so I was a little apprehensive but I would 100% charter with K again!

Had a lovely trip. Gas fumes were a bit strong in the back of the boat, but not noticeable on the forward deck. Waiver process and sound system setup took about 15-20 minutes after we arrived at the dock, cutting into our reservation time — make sure to arrive early.

It is a well maintained older boat that accommodated our celebration wonderfully. Captain K was very helpful and provided us a very comfortable and enjoyable cruise. I give it a 4.5 rating instead of 5 only because of the exhaust fumes in the rear. Highly recommend

We had a last-minute captain cancellation that made finding a captain on the Fourth of July a huge headache. Fortunately, K was the absolute best. He was responsive, cooperative, and even went so far as to call several captains on our behalf. We ended up having a great time and could not recommend K highly enough.

We had a great time on our boat!! We did have to push our trip back a day due to some weather issues but everyone was so accommodating and we ended up having a beautiful day on the water! Will definitely be back to book again!
