Had such a great time with my buddy! Nikole and Edwin were great. Planning on celebrating my birthday with them soon. Boat was also beautiful.

The pictures are mis leading and was vey dirty. I love the caption but the boat is in bad shape and don’t recommend it

They’ve tried to charge extra for everything. At the end we were charged additional $220 for 2 jetskies. Even though is says that 4 hours yacht rental includes 3 jetskies. BTW jetskies anre in a different place. Also the boat was suppose to leave from nowhere cr marina at Alton rd, instead it was parked at some jank yard on the river. It takes at least 30 minutes each way for the boat to go from and to the Biscayne Bay. So you’re going to lose 1 hour just in that river industrial view trip.

It was an amazing day on the water! Carlos and Nikole took great care of us!! They were very relaxed, a lot of fun to hang out with, and took care of everything. The boat we were on wasn't the one pictured online, but it was terrific and we had a perfect day! Would definitely book this again.

We had a great boat day overall. The captain and stewardess I selected were absolutely patient, professional, and very accommodating. That said, clearer communication and transparency leading up to the boat day would have made things smoother, especially around last minute requirements, paperwork, and jet ski certifications. more clarity in advance would really elevate the experience. Only one cabin was accessible; other rooms were locked, tough with a baby.

My charter was supposed to be from 10-3pm as shown on the boatsetters app. We arrive to the docks at 9am just so everyone would be there on time. At 9:45am I get a call from someone who works with Carlos as they stated saying the boats engine won’t turn over and they have some alternative options for me with a 10ft smaller boat at the same price. Within 20 mins I get 3 different address changes.. at 10:50am I call boatsetters PISSED! We were an hour late! We left! They refuse to refund me! SCAM

Edwin and Nicole were absolutely fantastic. Edwin was a perfect captain and Nicole made us feel like we’ve known her for years as a stewardess. Couldn’t recommend enough 10/10.

Captain Matthew and crew made for an amazing time out on the water. Communication from Carlos prior to the trip was lacking. I messaged him twice on the Boatsetter app leading up to the trip to confirm the meeting location and got no reply. On the day of the trip we showed up to the marina listed on the listing. The correct marina was 25 minutes away, buried in a separate text message from a few days before. Boat was also not the one from the pictures, and only 1 jet ski was available.

From the moment we stepped on the boat, service was great. We received all the info we needed, the food and drinks we brought were served to us as if in a restaurant and the experience was top notch. Thanks Nikole!

Trip overall was a great experience would book again. However, I was able to book a jet ski with a 3 hour reservation, but upon arrival I was told it had to be under 4 hour reservation. No where in the description did it say a customer needs to book for 4 hours to use a jet ski. If this is the case then a customer should not be able to book a jet ski at all unless it’s 4 hours.

We scheduled at 3:00 I was with my family 3 of 80 years. The boat wasn’t ready, they arrived with people at 3:30. The owner never answered the phone. We had to wait for the boat and for the crew to clean and prepare everything. When we finally leave after 1 hour he call me telling me that on top of the $2.600 that I have to pay $500 or they were not moving. Terrible experience with the jet skis. Three man got into the boat!!! Took our food our drink, jump from the boat!! Terrible

The boat was incredible! Absolutely beautiful and exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend it. Carlos was very responsive, easy to work with, and receptive to our requests. Also, the crew (Nicole and Edwin) made the trip even better. They took care of all the little details so that we could purely enjoy the experience.

There were some challenges with the timing and charter pickup location but the owner was responsive with communication

Captain Andres and Natalia were amazing. We had a rainy boat day but their hospitality and safety made it a blast. The speakers for music were fantastic, the towels were plentiful to dry off from ocean/rain. The boat itself was gorgeous and luxurious. We were celebrating a birthday so very grateful for Natalia’s help with food and ice so we could focus on celebrating & enjoying ourselves. We did jet skis & it just was so easy and fun. Rain or shine you can have a blast on this yacht. Thank you!

Overall experience was 3 out of 5 stars. I booked this boat in particular because of the great reviews & because Carlos is “top rated” on this app. We booked the boat for 1-5pm & they delayed us 2 hrs due to “the anchor getting stuck in a fish net”. Upon arrival @ 3pm, they could not be clear as to what dock they were at & had us walking back & forth. Once they finally told us dock E (@3:15pm) they seemed unorganized & stressed. To top it off, there was a dead cockroach in the restroom.

Service from Captain and stewardess were good.
Pick up location was falsely advertised. Lists Miami Beach with a specific marina and dock number. Was told the day of reservation that the marina was on the Miami River... Took 1 hr 15mins to get out of the Miami river and into Biscayne bay. Not the experience that was advertised plus extra travel time we didn’t account for. There was also no dock/plank to board onto boat, had multiple older family members that had difficulty boarding, unsafe.

We had an Amazing time on the Yacht and The Crew was Absolutely Spectacular!!! We were Super Happy with the Communication & Customer Service! The Yacht is Nice & Big!! It does need some maintenance like the wooden floors which were scheduled to be redone on the day we wanted the Yacht for my actual Birthday so they accommodated us. The Jet Skis was a Great added Bonus!!

This was a great trip! Carlos was very accommodating! There was a bit of confusion about pickup location and the jet skis that I later realized was MY misunderstanding. Despite that, Carlos made the necessary arrangements and took care of everything. We are very grateful and will definitely book again with Carlos in the future! :))

The yacht and crew were absolutely amazing, top deck lounge set up was perfect for large groups, 1 hour free jet ski included made it even better. highly recommend Carlos and his team!

Amazing experience with my friends, will book again

Overall was worth the price. delayed an hour and dock changed… you must quickly review and sign a contract before departure. The river marina pickup isn’t great but it’s pretty typical to get full Miami skyline. Make sure to confirm extra marina fees before… jet skis are not part of boat and therefore required a separate deposit. Boat looks much older from outside, however inside much newer. Overall we had a great trip and worth the price paid. Staff onboard helping with drinks was incredible.

First and foremost Nicole the steward ruined our trip w/inaccurate information and threw a fit childlike yelling in front of my family and guests when I wanted clarity on the disconnect of charges. I reseved this being it had a 4.8 review which is a far stretch . The boat is worn, beat up, had hairs all over it, no soap in the bathroom the teak was rotted out and a splinter to my daughter’s friend. Dissgusting ; watched the next customers board w/no cleaning or servicing to it. Pics to post !

Do NOT rent from Carlos. 1. The wrong boat showed up, probably a 2002 Azimut, and there was no jet ski. 2. He asked us to lie to the Coast Guard and was mad when we didn't. Won't answer my inquiries to make things right. Would NOT book with him!

The yacht itself was very nice and enjoyable. Amazing views especially during sunset hours. However communication was really not the best. Our booking was delayed by an hour and we were not informed until the time of our appointment after being told to arrive 30 minutes prior. Then because of this, we were unable to use the jet ski or get in the water to enjoy after it was advertised we could. We got reimbursed for jet skis, but were promised the complete 2hrs and more and only got 1hr 45mins.

Do not book this service. The boat didn’t leave out of Bayside. We were told less than 24 hours in advance that we had to go out of Miami Beach. Once on the boat, we had to pay $100 extra than what was reflected on the Boatsetter app. Jet skis were late & then we had to pay $13 for each person that wanted to drive. Our jet ski experience we very rushed & then our captain sped back to the marina so we could be done on time. Boat is nice but service is horrible. & no floating mat as promised! BAD

Strange operation. I chartered a 70-foot luxury yacht but instead received an older 52-footer. They switched the boat on me without any prior notice. This listing by Carlos appears to be a scam, offering a premium product and then swapping it for an inferior boat at the last minute. While there are many great owners and listings on this platform, I strongly recommend using a different one to avoid falling for a scam like I did.

Not as advertised. First issue is the pick up location. It’s not where it states on the ad. It’s close to the airport in a sketchy car/boat junkyard. The distance and time it takes for the boat to leave this area just to get to the open sea takes about 45 minutes each way so be aware of your time. Second the so called yacht was not ready at the time we arrived & it looked really worn out. The main cabin had this awful smell so it wasn’t useable. The crew was really nice though. Overall not good

First thing first The boat is not what it looks like in the pictures it's filthy i had roaches in my food and it was bought from publix the chicken was cold and the owner contacted me on the day of by booking at 1:51pm when i was set to sail at 4pm to let me know that they couldn't serve me food onboard because they tried to contact me and never did, i have proof and sent the caterer a video of the roaches in my food she laughed and said that she sent the board as a gift but i'm allergic nopork

Terrible communication from part of the boat owner. As well as their recommended captain. We were punctual and they picked us up at the wrong spot and did not refund us for our time wasted. A 4 hour charter turned into a barely 3 hour at best. The captain was low class and rude.

My family and I visited Miami for spring break and booked this boat the evening before. The owner promptly confirmed the and kept in touch up until the time we arrived at the boat. We were running late and the captain graciously agreed to give us extra time and even went to the deli for us, and brought us sandwiches! The assistant on board had a huge smile as we arrived on the dock, greeted us by name, and was exceptionally competent and charismatic. I would highly recommend!

I purchased a trip foe a newer updated boat but got to the dock & was met with an older boat without the same luxury in the photos

Had an amazing time. They gave us some free time and the jet skis were a blast. we got to see the sunset and went through the heart of Miami. The lights were beautiful. The crew Nikole and Dennis were amazing. Thank you for a beautiful evening.

My second time with Carlos and I can tell for the prices, for the size of the boat and the Jetskis…I did a lot of research and nobody in Miami can fight with all this!!! It’s amazing what they offer and the experience. I’m so happy to find them, because me and my family we love to do this plan all the time and let me tell you Carlos and his crew and the gorgeous yacht he has its absolutely incredible don’t keep looking this is the BEST!!! Thank you guys I WILL RETURN!

The boat broke so they put me on a new boat, but then the new boat was not available during the time I paid for, so they had to put me on another boat which was smaller than what I purchased. On the day of the trip, I showed up to the dock 10 minutes early and the captain did not escort us to the boat until 7 minutes into the reservation. We left 30 min late and arrived at the dock 5 min early.

I have the most beautiful experience with Emily and Juan Carlos. Jetkies more time than we booked, this bote indigo is amazing. Prices you can’t compare with nothing else. I will definitely book this boat again. Make sure Emily and Juan Carlos are your captain and stewardess.

We had the most incredible time with Captain Santiago and our wonderful stewardess!! Carlos made the booking process extremely easy and answered any question I had. The entire experience was perfect! I highly recommend them and will definitely be booking again!!! Thank you all!!

This trip was a disaster from start to end. It started the night before with them reaching out saying the boat was broken and asked us to do a night trip. When we refused the boat magically got fixed. Then they changed the dock to be at a junk yard which made getting to the ocean an HOUR journey each way. The biggest issue was that it wasn’t the boat in the photos. The boat we got was old, torn up, and smelled disgusting. Carlos is a liar and needs to be removed from Boatsetter immediately.

The whole experience was perfect, it was so fun, the boat was great and super accommodating to our group and party, the captains were great, and we had a great time! Edwin was super responsive throughout the whole experience as well, highly recommend it! BEST PRICE I ALL MIAMI FOR A 70FT YACHT WITH JET SKIS

Our cruise on the Sunseeker was a great, great experience! Carlos was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The boat itself was in tip-top condition and was exactly as advertised. The added difference for us was the captain Santiago and his crew. Their exceptional customer service was what really made this excursion the best part of our trip to Miami!!

Don’t even hesitate and book your charter! These people are great. We ran a bit late and they were nice enough to let us stay the extra 30 minutes that we lost because of traffic. Boat was beautiful and well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Crew was extremely attentive and caring to all our needs. Will book again.

Of all the boat rides we've taken. this was the most disappointing. we were asked to push back timing and the boat was docked somewhere far from where was posted on here (which also led to a much different experience (canals vs being in the bay proper). There was also no refreshments (even basics like soda) and one of the passengers was injured when the boat got too close to trees on the surrounding bank. Very unfortunate

The time that I rented the boat was changed. I asked for something to make it up, they said no

Ending the trip, the steward Nikolegrabbed my phone to put a 5 star trip WTF. I was so mad and she was still demanding tip!

We paid for and were promised a different and bigger boat than the one we went on (Sun-seeker 70ft vs. Azimut 58ft).

Pricing was not transparent and the assistant was very defensive when we told her about both issues. She kept saying it was a newer boat and I overheard the captain having a call with her and she literally asked if the model designation was shown outside the boat. We only got a small discount and that came at the expense of using the jetskis (not the real underlying issue).

Carlos, Sasha, and Ewin were great! I had an amazing day on the boat with the team! My family of 7 had a great time. Sasha was very accommodating and helpful! We really enjoyed her help. Erin was a great captain. He navigates the boat very well!
