1 star. Boat was falling apart — their own rep said so. Hull damage, ripped lily pad, broken front gate we had to rope shut so our kids wouldn't fall in, sun shade wouldn't stay up. They did a full in-person walkthrough at return and cleared us of ALL damage, motor included — then hit us with a $500 "motor chip" charge days later, nearly doubling the contract. This platform should audit their claim history for claims/fraud. Do not trust this renter.

Service was great and the boat in good shape.

BOATER BEWARE! Getting our $500 (damage) deposit back took 3 weeks. ZERO damage. Boat returned ahead of schedule. The Owner was simply NOT releasing the deposit. The Owner even produced a fraudulent repair invoice. The repair shop confirmed the invoice was from months earlier (Owner had changed the invoice date). This was FRAUD. Even when presented with clear evidence of fraud, Boatsetter would not refund our $500. Finally, CHASE reviewed the file, and we got our refund.

Aunjaneice was super friendly and helpful throughout the rental process. Great boat and fun day on Lake Austin celebrating our son’s 15th birthday with his buddies. They had so much fun on the Lillypad! Pickup was as expected and on time. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

What an amazing day! We needed to reschedule our trip due to weather and Aunjaneice was very flexible and accommodating and was in great communication the entire time.

When we got there, Aunjaneice was there, ready for us. She gave us a full rundown of everything about the boat and got us on our way.
