From initial contact through departing the boat, this is a first rate operation. Hannah and Captain Joey couldn't have been more accommodating. My numbers went from 12 to 4 to 6. No worry, Hannah was excellent at communication with every turn. Everything the website said they'd provide they did and then some. The six of us were treated like kings...and family at the same time. We swam, we laughed, we ate, we drank, we sunned and most importantly relaxed. The boat is new and beautiful. Do this!

Fantastic crew and service for our curated special occasion splash in the pacific.
Chartered as a group and had an afternoon spilling into sunset cruise. Good fun. Will surely be back for somemore. Went extra to hook us up with a nice videographer too.

After another charter cancelled on us just three days before I planned to propose to my partner, they stepped in with incredible communication and understanding. From the first call, they made me feel confident that everything would be perfect, and they delivered beyond expectations. Island Jewel Yacht Charters was an exceptional experience, mainly due to Hannah and Joey's outstanding service.They ensured we had preferred groceries and drinks, scouted for sea animals, and supported us while swimming. They provided snorkeling gear, ocean floats, and a large Lilly Pad, as well as cups, plates, utensils, and paper products. Hannah surprised us with photos and videos at the end. Their service exceeded expectations, creating a memorable experience. I won't hesitate to book again!

Thank you for the great time that we spent on the boat!!! The boat is beautiful and comfortable, and impeccable clean! But the best thing that the boat has is its crew…Hannah and Joey are amazing: knowledgeable and helpful, gave us clear instructions and made us feel safe, but also nice and kind, they took good care of us and made feel at home. Best bday present for my daughters (15, 16 and 17 years old)…I will definitely rent it again when I come back to Hawaii. Thank you ♥️

Our family had a great time on the boat. The boat was in pristine shape and Hannah and Joey were wonderful hosts. Hannah and Joey made sure the kids were entertained with many activities such as snorkeling, fishing, diving and paddle boarding. Delicious snacks as well. We would absolutely recommend them.

Absolutely fabulous! The boat was perfect and the captains, John and Hannah were outstanding. Hannah was great at communicating prior to the trip and then during the trip was incredible! Attention to detail was impressive and they even provided cookies, chips, water, towels, etc Would 100% book another trip with them but next time would book it for longer! 5 stars!

We had our wedding reception on this boat and it was absolutely AMAZING. I would HIGHLY recommend this boat to everyone!! The service was spectacular and 10/10. There was 10 guests and the boat was very spacious with plenty of extra room!! Anyone looking to rent a boat for the day in Hawaii should look no further!! We booked for 3 hours originally, but wished we had booked for more because of how much fun we had.

These folks were the best. Communication was amazing, the boat was beautiful, and the views were fantastic. Hannah made the whole process a breeze. She was very attentive to details, making our trip unique. She took care of everything we needed. Our Captain was knowledgeable and even opened the sails on the way back to the harbor, which was such a cool experience. I would 100% book another trip. We did 3 hours, but I totally would book for a longer trip next time. 5 Stars! Mahalo!
