I had an awesome experience renting Timothy's boat! It might be an older boat, but it handled everything we threw at it and then some. We had 10 people total, and the boat held all of us along with our food, drinks, tube, and floaties—no problem at all. Timothy was super generous and easygoing, giving us all the directions and tips we needed. The best part? He let us grab the boat the night before so we could catch an amazing sunset cruise. Definitely doing it again, I highly recommend! 10/10!

Timothy was very accommodating and responsive. He was very thorough in our pre-rental inspection and orientation. He’s quite knowledgeable about Lake Anna being an owner/operator/resident on the lake. This was helpful to me as a first time visitor to Lake Anna.

Rented a beautiful pontoon boat from Timothy and the experience from start to finish was amazing!! Super easy transaction and Tim was very quick to answer any questions I had. The cost was very reasonable, even with the three person tube we added. The boat was super clean and very well maintained. Spent 6 hours on Lake Anna and had a splendid day. Thank you Tim and if we are ever back on Lake Anna, you can bet we will definitely be renting from you again! 😊

Tim is awesome - the boat was perfect for our family - his set up on the water is beautiful. The lake (private side / hot side) was apparently busy (?) but we thought it was very relaxed with little boater traffic and we were out all day on a Saturday. Highly recommend renting the raft to tow behind the boat for the kiddos!

Tim was awesome and showed me how everything worked on the boat so well. I took my family out for an afternoon on the lake and we had a great time pulling the tube (definitely had enough power to get to a fun speed), but was also really easy to drive around. It is a great boat for a competitive price and I’m definitely going to rent this boat again next year.

Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable about places to go with the boat. He was also flexible on times and an overall kind person.

Tim’s boat is a great option for private side rental. With multi-day rental we were able to keep the boat at our property dock overnight. This gave us opportunity for early morning fishing, daytime tubing, and late evening cruising. The boat is a little older, but is very clean and worked just fine. Fish finder and an assortment of tube options were welcome extras. Tim is easy to work with and very attentive. Overall great experience. Thanks Tim!

The boat was perfect for our family week at the lake. It was very comfortable with lots of room. The tube and line Timothy supplied provided a ton of lake fun for us. Tim also provided 2 gas cans which made getting gas a breeze. Highly recommend.

Timothy was the best! He is so responsive and helpful. We paid to have the boat dropped off outside our house. He gave me a tour around the boat, showed all the safety features, etc. I took our group out and we had a blast. The boat was perfect size for our group of 12. I called him during our trip and asked if we could pay to extended an hour and he graciously let us. When we returned, he was at our dock, ready to take the boat back. I would definitely recommend using Timothy!

Timothy was such a gracious host! He communicated on time and the drop off / pick up went smoothly. Tim did a great job explaining how the boat worked with some tips and tricks for our 2 day rental. The boat was awesome and was perfect for our family of 11 (3 kids). We would definitely rent from Tim again if we visit beautiful Lake Anna in the future!

Tim was great, and we really enjoyed our day on the water. My 10 yo wished for even more speed, but for all the other kids in our group this boat was perfect.

Tim is great! We really enjoyed renting the boat and he was a gracious host, allowing us to use his bathroom, hang out at his outdoor lake area, etc. He also had everything prepared and was extremely kind/responsive. I recommend renting from him and I'll be back soon!

Tim’s boat was great! My family and kids loved the boat and tubing around the lake. I couldn’t recommend Tim’s boat enough! Also, he communicated very well during the entire rental process and went the extra mile when we accidentally left a few life jackets at our rental house.

Tim was extremely responsive and helpful. The Tracker Marine Party Barge 24 is an older model with a newer outboard engine that more than met our family's needs. We went with the tube option and had an amazing day on the lake. Would rent again.

We had a great day on Tim’s boat! The lake felt private and was perfect for first-time tubers. The water was warm and the kids had a blast. We also opted for the “floating island,” which gave us access to a bathroom and Tim’s dock—super convenient for a day trip to Lake Anna. Tim was kind, easy to work with, and made us feel like family.

I wouldn’t rent from anyone else. Tim went out of his way to make sure we had whatever we needed to have a great time on the water with the pontoon boat we rented.

Timothy was awesome. Great communication from the first time I inquired about renting the pontoon. He was great in accommodating us wanting to switch days due to weather and allowed us to keep a couple of extra hours to try to catch a sunset. Great boat and loved the option for the tube to enjoy tubing as well. Highly recommend renting from Timothy!

The boat was awesome! Very smooth ride and everything worked perfectly. We were able to pull kids and adults on water skis easily and also tube behind the boat. Tim was awesome and the check in and check out process was a breeze.

Tim was an outstanding person to rent our pontoon from in August!! Such an informative, kind and personable guy!! We wound up seeing Tim as a new friend and my granddaughter, who is 3 blew him a kiss when leaving!! He let her use a pink floatie for swimming in the lake!! She loved it!! We only get a few days and this really took some of the extra work off our plate in planning. My granddaughter Ella AKA Stinker caught several fish to include a pretty big catfish right off the dock. Turned out better than great for us.
