We had a perfect day cruising the canal's of Ft Lauderdale on Mark's boat. The boat was spotless and Captain John was an excellent navigator and offering recommendations of where we could go during our afternoon on the water. Would highly recommend!

I am SO happy we booked this experience! Our group consisted of 12 girls celebrating a bachelorette trip, and let me tell you.. we CELEBRATED. Our captain Greg was amazing, including his co-cap Logan. They provided us with everything we needed from good vibes to basic essentials. Greg was even nice enough to rearrange pick up plans and scooped us right out front of Boatyard where we just finished brunch. Gorgeous boat, gorgeous views, you’re silly not to book ☺️

Our large group had the best time with Captain Tom! Both Mark and Tom were generous with their time and and ideas as I planned a surprise birthday party for my husband. Tom met me at the boat before the scheduled hours to help me ensure the decor and food/drinks were ready for an amazing trip. I'd highly recommend the boat as well. The boat was both clean and in great condition for the year. The boarding location was easy to find and central to where we wanted to cruise. Both Captain Tom and Mark followed-up the next day to ensure we had an enjoyable trip. We'd definitely recommend it to our friends (as will all of our guests who attended!). Thank you!!

We had a great time on Mark's boat. The boat was beautiful, spacious and well kept. We rented the boat for a half day trip, for scattering of my husband's ashes on the Atlantic Ocean. It was a very moving, but beautiful experience.

Mark was WONDERFUL!
Myself and 16 other girls were on his boat for bachelorette party. The boat is spacious and beautiful. He has a speaker you can plug into for music. We brought our own food/alcohol but it was so worth it. He had two friends with him on the boat and they were also wonderful. It was a blast and I highly recommend Mark's boat experience!

It was a pleasure working with Mark. My friend's took me out for my birthday after the passing of my son and at 1st it was hard to get rental at last minute but Mark came through big time. Unfortunately, we had to cut the trip short because someone broke the rules but Mark was very professional and for that I would definitely do business with him again. Thanks Mark.

We had an amazing time! The boat was spacious, relaxing and was able to handle some rougher conditions, that our 28’cc would have been tossed around in, with no problem. Captain Andre was great! We highly recommend asking for him if you charter through Mark. Overall this was a perfect way to ring in the new year!

Mark was a fantastic host! Not only did he accommodate us when 2 other hosts cancelled but he had great recommendations even outside of our time with him. His boat is clean, very spacious and fit our group of 13 more than comfortably. 10/10, thank you!

I had a great time with Captain Tom, he was very sweet and he made sure all of my guests had a good time. We were a bit of a rowdy crew and he was very gracious. I even brought my own swan floats and he helped blow them up. I highly enjoyed my birthday on this boat!

Captain Tim was great and the boat was awesome. It was very clean and comfortable!! A lot of seating in the back of the boat as well as on the bow to tan! Plus the swim platform at the back of the boat was perfect for when we docked. Overall an awesome trip!

Capt. Dave was awesome! He really went out of his way to soften up the mood as we were upset that the amenities were not functional. There is no grill on the boat. The generator was not operational that meant no ac, freezer, refrigerator nor could we use the stove, this was disappointing as we brought food to cook. I reached out to the owner Mark but no response that was disappointing. Boatsetter did apologize and offered a coupon towards the next rental however this was a one time special event

The boat was spacious and clean and was perfect for a day on the water. The driver used precaution and we felt very safe during our experience. Mark even provided us with chips, which was a nice touch! Our day spent on Sundancer was a day for the books! Thanks Mark!

I cant rate this experience because ........We booked the day, Mark canceled due to weather no big deal. They offered us to go the next day. We were leaving. I asked for my money back didn't get it so I disputed it with my credit card, then was told because of that I can now not even get a credit. Then when I reached out again was told he sold the boat! Boatsetter will not help. Please read the email exchange with boatsetter below.

You are telling me that even though the company that you represent Boatetter and Mr. Passero (the man you also represent in this matter) are fully aware of the fact that we paid $2,300.00 dollars with our American Express credit card on February 24,2021 for services that were never received on February 28th, 2021 or anytime thereafter. Neither Boatsetter nor Mr. Passero are willing to refund James Mcgonigle or give credit to James McGonigle in any way.
And the reason you are giving is the fact that after we contacted both Boatsetter and Mr. Passero numerous times with no result, we then disputed this charge with American Express, the credit card company that the payment of $2,300.00 was made from.

Riley here again. I wish I were sending you better news, but yes, this is the decision that has been reached.

I apologize if I'm repeating the information, but I want to make sure I communicate the reason for this decision. The owner was willing to allow you to reschedule but changed their mind after you disputed the charge with your credit card. Once a renter files a dispute with their credit card/bank, Boatsetter is unable to issue any credit/refund.

Boatsetter's policy in the case of disputes/chargebacks is to abide by the ruling of the credit card company, and in this case, your credit card decided it was a legitimate charge. Because of this, the funds have been transferred to the owner, and the decision is final.

Awesome boat! Loved it!

Yacht was is great shape and Capt Dave was the best ! Everyone had such a great day and hit some amazing spots to play at !

Gregg was my captain for my charter for my bachelorette weekend and both he and Logan were awesome. Super accommodating and made sure we had a safe, but fun experience overall. The boat was gorgeous and was totally worth it.

Mark was very responsive and made the booking easy. Captain Jay couldn't have been better. Very accommodating for a fun day on the water. The boat was very clean. Will definitely use again in the future!

AWESOME TIME!!
As part of a bachelor party, we booked Mark's boat (full day) and it was a blast. The boat is a modern, clean, and great size, we easily fit our group of 10. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Booking with Mark was extremely easy. He's responsive and professional and made sure everything was set up for our day. He even followed up immediately after to check how our trip was.

Captain Eddy was great as well. He really goes out of his way to make sure everyone had a great time.

We had such a great time! Had the boat for the day with our kids! This boat was clean and everyone was so so friendly!

BEST - BOAT - EVER!
I cannot express how much fun our bachelorette party had on this boat! It was by far the highlight of our trip. The boat was incredibly roomy for 17 people, safe and clean. Mark was a great & safe captain, flexible and accommodating! He was great in partnering with what would work best for our trip. Wish I could book this EVERY weekend!

Book it! Mark's boat is exactly as advertised. Captain Barry was fantastic. We chartered this boat for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children aged 2-7) and had more than enough room. Captain Barry took us down to Bal Harbour sand bar, then around all the famous houses of Ft. Lauderdale, stopping again at another sand bar, and then just cruised the intercostal. Simply perfect. Whole day was enjoyable and we can't wait to book this again.

The boat was clean, fast, and gas-efficient.

Mark was great at getting us set up. The boat is beautiful, well taken care of, and spacious even with 13 people. Captain Darrin was amazing - clearly experienced and very cheerful, he took the many requests we put on him to have a successful surprise engagement party like a pro and made our day unforgettable. We got back to the dock earlier than expected and cap Darrin offered to keep cruising the canals so we got every minute of our charter time -- he didnt even flinch at our bad karaoke :)

I can't say enough how wonderful Mark was to work with! I rented his boat for my friend's bachelorette party and it was definitely the highlight of the trip! He was quick to respond to my messages and incredibly flexible. He picked us up at a location that was convenient for our group without any hesitation. He also reached out to me well in advance of the trip to see if there was anything special we needed the day of. His boat is beautiful, clean and in prime condition. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. Him and his brother both made sure we had a great time from the minute we got onto the boat until it was time to leave. They were friendly, attentive, and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Thank you Captain Mark!

I used this Sundancer to celebrate my 40th Wedding Anniversary. It was a very nice experience. We brought our food, drinks and music and partied the day away. Captain was very nice and accommodating. He went with the flow with whatever we wanted to do. I had 12 people on board which was just right. No one felt cramped, especially because we spent a lot of time hanging by the water. Only drawback was that the boat could have been cleaner when we got on. The surfaces needed to be wiped down and the bedroom had a few signs to show it may not have been thoroughly cleaned since the last use. Otherwise, my party and I had a wonderful time. The boat provides ice and a cooler. And they let us connect our phones via Bluetooth to play music. I would use the boat and captain again, just be more specific on how I want the boat presented. Thanks for a great day!

All I can say is mark very professional

Mark was great and the yacht was immaculate.

Captain Eddie was on time and accommodating in regards to the pick up location and even picked up someone else at another location. Drop off time may have been a little early but other than that, no complaints.

I could not have more amazing things to say about our experience! The boat was BEAUTIFUL, our captain (Barry) was fun and knowledgeable about the area and we had an amazing day on the water! I would recommend this boat and crew 10 times out of 10. Thanks, Mark and Barry!

Good boat, good captain, and very clean. Came with ice and water as advertised. My family had a wonderful day aboard and captain was accommodating. Two things to note. 1.) No life jackets for children 2 and under. Most charters typically have these so you’ll need to bring your own. 2.) The swim platform doesn’t raise and lower. This proved to be quite difficult for my elderly mother and wasn’t disclosed until we were at anchor. Otherwise, all around great boat and would recommend for others.

We were not notified before the boat arrived that the generator had broke the day before and thus there was no a/c, ice maker or fridge function. Upon calling mark he did agree to give some money back which was much appreciated. Mark was also easy to reach. There were also not any water or sodas on board as advertised . Dave was the captain and he was super accommodating respectful reliable and easy going. He made the trip great.

Mark showed my group the best time! His boat is absolutely stunning and his crew provided with us an experience that fully exceeded our expectations. They were so accommodating and served us all of our food and drinks while we just relaxed and took in the beautiful Key West water. They were also very interactive and so fun to party with when we wanted to turn up. I've already raved about Mark and his boat to another group of friends and plan to reach out to him if I'm ever in need of a boat and great time in Key West!

We had girls coming from all over the world (Dom.Rep, USA, Singapore, Canada) to Miami for my sisters bachelorette party, so i wanted to make sure all the girls had a great time. There are a lot of great things to do in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, but this BY FAR was the best experience of the weekend. Mark and Andrew are the absolute best. They made everything stress free and were so enjoyable to be around. The boat is stunning, comfortable, and fits a large party. There are lots of boats to choose between on boatbound.co, but you need look no further. The crew and the boat are exactly what you need for any occasion. I live here and I will be looking for any opportunity I get to hit the seas again on YOLO (the boat) with Mark and Andrew. The girls said this was the highlight of their trip (even their year, shhh!), and they wish they could write reviews as well, but it wont let you unless you directly booked the boat. I wish I had read a review like this before after hours of searching, but here I am doing it for you. They are awesome, couldnt of asked for a better experience- they blew our expectations out of the water. For those who live in Miami or anywhere near, know that service isnt top notch around here, but Mark made sure that everything before the day was set up and ready for an awesome day out on the water.
