Ease of communication was 10/10. Emily communicated everything regarding timing/location/parking extremely well. I will renting her boat again. The boat was fairly new and everything worked. The only hiccup was that the ladder on the rear was missing which meant that we had to beach up if people were getting on/off

Boat was not in the water when we arrived. The boat finally got in 20 minutes after our departure time. Was told due to new marina logistics. Also was not told that it’s a 15 minute no wake zone to main channel. Much better liked the old marina. Emily communicated with me that they’re “working out the kinks.” She did not charge me for gas, nice jester, but maybe could have gone a little further with resolution as a second time renter.

The boat was perfect for our trip! We had a group of 8 for a bachelorette party and the size was great, we all comfortably fit and had the option to sit in the shade or sun. We were able to bring our own food and drinks and pull up to different beaches to swim and relax. Would definitely rent this boat again!

Emily’s boat was extremely nice. Spacious, comfortable, kept in great condition all around. I worried about feeling cramped with 9 of us but absolutely no reason for that worry in the end. We could have comfortably fit 4 more grown women. Cup holders and the large Bimini were a great touch. Since it was pontoon it was also a very steady and smooth ride which worked well for the passengers prone to sea sickness

Great communication! Boat was clean and everything we hoped for! Was an awesome experience, highly recommend. Only thing I’d want different is a second anchor, only because we went to a sand bar and the current was strong so we had to keep adjusting the boat. All in all-5 stars!

The pontoon boat was clean and operated perfectly. Easy to start engine. Was big enough for 9 adults and 4 children. Emily was a very responsive communicator. Alex delivered the boat on time and was very thorough explaining the operation and excellent beaches in the inlet waterways. Kids had a blast on the Lilly pad. Would definitely rent again.

We had a total of 10(4 adults 4 kids and 2 dogs). Boat was clean and ready, drove around then stopped at two places for a beach area. It was so hot so fishing wasn't as great but so thankful we got out on the water for a few hours. The communication was great and will use this company again. Thank you.
