Honestly, I didn't like it. They should learn to differentiate between a tourist who is renting a boat in Miami for the first time and someone who does it more often. As a frequent boat user in Miami, I don't think the only thing the captain should want to do is cruise around looking at houses and then anchor at a nearby island. Everything I asked him to do wasn’t possible. For example: Anchoring at the Key Biscayne sandbar. Pictures in boatsetter shows 2 150HP motors, and it only had 1

I’ll be booking this boat every single time. Berat was fantastic and very chilled. Knew when to chat to you and when to let you relax. The boat is nice and it’s all transparent payment wise. They were also incredibly responsive at every stage which is sometimes the worry booking a boat day. This is our new boat day from here on out!

Captain Berat is fantastic. Great tour guide of the area by water. Has lots of local knowledge and history of the homes.

The boat is nice. It's smaller size is great for navigating the nooks and cranny of Biscayne Bay to see the homes up close and the Miami River. The boat can beached at Flagler Memorial Monument Island or Haulover Beach so you can spread out on the beach.

Overall, 5 stars.

Kadir was extremely easy to work with, very responsive, and helpful in getting our group on the boat. He was very accommodating and made the process seamless. We had a great time on the boat and have no complaints only praise. I will absolutely book another experience with kadir and his crew.

Kadir is good captnain

Berat our captain was amazing, very friendly, and considerate! They did have to move our time up by 2 hours but provided us with a free champagne bottle and free floating mat for the inconvenience. This company was great and would do it again!

The electrical system was completely out so no music & no electronics.

Also paid for ice but didn’t have ice

Our time on the water was fantastic. The boat was perfect for my wife and I. The captain was a complete gentleman and played great chill Miami tunes. The owner was easy to reach and answered any and all questions in a very timely manner. I will be 100% be booking with them again on our next visit to Miami.

By far one of the best way I had to start the New Year 2024. For starters this was a spontaneous boat idea. I literally made a reservation 3 weeks from New Years and Bentley was quick and responsive, the boat price was exceptionally reasonable considering it being a brand new boat that’s 35ft. I absolutely loved the vibes on this boat, the ambient lighting and how spacious it was. The captain was extremely informative but also laid back in a good way. I will definitely be back when it’s warmer!

Captain was very nice both was good only issue we had is with parking apparently the dock was right off A1A there was no parking close to the dock we had to park far away and stroll with all our belongings to the boat it was very not comfortable beside of that everything else was nice

Boat was large and clean. Great Experience

The boat was exactly as described. There were 6 of us on the boat and we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the ride. The boat had a cooler with ice that we could put our drinks in. We could also Bluetooth to the boat radio, which the kids liked. We would certainly rent this boat again in the future.

The owners of the company refuse to communicate.

I didn’t get any boarding details before my trip so I reached out to the owners & they did not respond until 30 mins before start time. Once I got there, my trip did not start until 40 mins after booked time & the captain could not go past the end time since they had a trip booked directly after.

Captain was courteous & said to reach out to owners to get a refund for my lost time. I reached out to the owners and they still haven’t responded.

Our family & friends party of 8 had a marvelous time on the water with our exceptional captain, Berat! The boat was beautiful and had plenty of options for seating and hanging out with our group. The platforms which drop down from the boat were awesome. Bring your own cups/plastic glassware. Thank you for making our vacation special!

This was an awesome experience! Boat was perfect, in great condition and a good layout for a group. Our captain Kadir was super and would definitely hire again!

Captain Berat was very accommodating of our needs and took us to some cool places to anchor or sight-see. Just needed to mention a few things, which are no reflection on Berat. There was a fishing competition going on, so the harbor master wouldn't let our boat come in to pick us up for about a half hour. Finally we boarded at the fuel dock, which doesn't float, and was a challenge for some to get on and off. Also, we weren't allowed to use the head, which I thought was strange.

What an amazing day out on the water! Kadir was an amazing captain! He was very knowledgeable and made the absolute most out of our time. Our favorite thing we did on our whole trip to Miami!

Our captain, Leo was very nice and attentive! We had a 1 year old and 2 year old with us, he was super helpful when needed! The boat was clean and stocked with proper life jackets for all ages! We had a blast and would love to go again when we return to FL!

Our captain Borat was very accommodating, professional and safely operated the boat for my wife and three daughters. The boat was in great condition and a true luxury experience. We had full control over what our options of the day were to be so we chose to cruise the islands and look at the beautiful homes, then jump in the water to cool off and close it down with a little speed to get to downtown Miami then floated through Brickell. Great expereince!

The boat ride was wonderful! The boat was clean and exactly as described. I especially want to thank our captain (Mahmut, if I remember correctly — he’s from Turkey) for being attentive and thoughtful. He stayed in touch before the trip and suggested starting an hour earlier because of the forecasted rain, which turned out to be a great idea!
The only thing I’d suggest adding to the listing is that the restroom on board is not working.
