This is our second rental from this company. they go above and beyond and its so much easier and cheaper than renting in Destin. We will forever use them and loved our boat boy Jack ( i think was his name)!

With the exception of parking, everything went excellent!
Check In was smooth and the staff was very good!

Pontoon was old and in ill repair. Stereo was not good, only one speaker worked. However, we had a blast at crab island.

When got to dock did not have a 115hp as advertised (90hp only). Boat radio did not work. Boat was just overall ok.

Very nice, clean boat! Friendly staff. A pleasure to do business with. The only thing negative is that we were told the boat had a 115 Merc when it only had a 90 Merc. Not as fast but still alot of fun.

The experience was amazing for my family and I, the boat had a door damage that it is not safe specially for children. Otherwise the boat is in good condition.

We had a fabulous time on the water. Easy to pick up and return the boat. Both our self provided "captains" easily piloted all day. Perfectly clean. Exactly as described. Thanks for a great day.

Our original reservation date somehow got twisted around through Boatsetter. However, crabby’s pontoon rentals did a great job and we enjoyed our trip.

Our captain was amazing!

We had a great time on the water. Only issues were the fuel gauge didn’t work and we got soaked because the water spray guard on the driver side was bent from a previous incident.

My first ever time driving a boat and it was a piece of cake can’t wait for the next time I go to Florida, but the only thing that caught me off guard was that there is a $500 security deposit just incase something happens to the boat but they sent it right back within 2 days after the boat ride but yeah definitely worth your while

We had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful especially the young man giving instructions for the boat operation. But actually everyone was nice. The bathroom was super clean. And the weather was perfect and NO SHARKS👍🏾😁! Great time.

Boat was in great shape. Crew was phenomenal. The girls up front signing everyone in were very pleasant and helpful. They bring your family and all of your gear down to the boat on a golf cart and hand you over to the boat crew. The boat crew was great. They went over all of the safety features and gave clear directions of where you could go. Definitely using them again on our next trip.

Great time! The owner was very quick with responses and our captain Hunter was awesome! He took great care of our group and was a pleasure to hang with.

The staff was very helpful and efficient. We should have completed all of the paperwork before we got there.

Owner was quick to respond, but the boat we got was not in the best shape or what was pictured. We told the dock hands we felt we were going to break down on the way to crab island and the way back to ensure no one else got that boat. Motor had no pick up and was not a 115 Mercury.

The boat and captain were both great. Just know that the rental is actually through crab island water sports. This was a little confusing to me when we arrived at the marina.

Everything good

Other than the fact that the boat only had 90hp instead of the advertised 115hp everything was just fine. No issues

Some confusion upon arrival 3 different rental companies in one spot
Was shown wrong boat at first . Then some discoveries were made we had wrong boat. Once we received the correct boat we had a good time was a good boat . The boat could use a little bigger engine but very capable of playing around on crab island

Great services, explained everything really good to us.

Arrival was confusing as there are 2 locations and ours was mixed up caused us to be 30min late. Be sure to call and ask where to go.
Upon arrival staff was kind and helpful. Boat was good in condition. They made up for 30min. Will recommend and book next time.

Perfect weather and service

Very easy and pleasant experience, probably the best service we've received on this trip. From checking in to loading / unloading the boat- great service. The boat itself was easy to operate and very clean / comfortable... definitely rent here, you won't be sorry!

Overall we had an AMAZING TIME. Beautiful weather...crystal clear water...so much fun. The boat was very nice. The dock workers were helpful. My only complaint is the check-in process. It was hectic & chaotic. They had one person checking people in. She was checking in 3+ boats at a time. She has to check that everyone has a waiver and rental equipment agreement. It takes FOREVER. I would suggest staggering when boats depart so there is not such a long wait to get out to sea or a second person.

The boat was perfect - clean, in working order, plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 kids + all our "stuff" (coolers, bags of food, clothes, etc.). Major kudos to the marina as well - the staff there were kind, patient, and fun. I've driven boats all my life, but never on the ocean, and they put me at ease by over-explaining the route to Crab Island - even the landmarks I would pass and when - and how to anchor there. I would 100% use this site & that marina when we return to Destin!

We had agreat time with John's boat. The parking lot is a little hard to find but O'Neal great experience. Check in was quick and easy. They do a great job of getting you loaded up on the boat and the mat was a great addition. Boat was a good time and was quick and easy to get to crab island from dock. We had a great time and would use them again.

Great day on the water. Boat was newer and clean. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Deck hand Kyle was very helpful, and they even cart all your gear back and forth from the car for you. Would definitely recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. We showed up at 9:45 and didn’t leave the dock until 12:15. We hired a captain that no showed and had to wait 2 and a half hours stuck at a hot dock waiting for a captain to come. Talk about a vacation bummer. They still charged us for half a day and have not responded to the last message we sent. It was very disappointing to say the least.

The only complaint I have is there were no ropes to tie off at a restaurant dock. We mentioned that when we returned the pontoon and were told we need to request them. They should just be included. It was a great time. The pontoon was in great shape.

The boat we booked wasn’t the one that was given to us. Pictures showed one and when we showed up totally different boat. But staff was super nice, accommodating and went out of their way to make our day easy! Had a great day on the water

The boat was in great condition and ready when we got there. The staff was amazing. The stereo was terrible and we turned it off. None of the USB or 12vlt outlets worked. We had a great time.

Easy getting there and they help you get everything on the boat. The boat was iffy though. Prop was all bent up, speedometer didn't work and they gave me a whistle to use because the horn also didn't work. Aside from the boat being questionable, the location and ease of the process made it ok.

The boat was nice and the staff helpful and friendly. My only complaint was there was a small leak in the floor that was only noticeable when we went a little faster. The leak wasn’t a seaworthy issue, just made the carpet kind of wet.

Reservations were last minute but a quick response from John was everything we needed to kick up our vacation a couple knotches. We enjoyed our time at crab island with the kids, the boat was beautiful
cleanliness was onpoint. Plenty ace for the 6 of us.2 parents and 4 kiddos. We had plenty of time to cruise around and even made a stop in mary Esther on a little island with a secluded beach. Perfect for an impromptu family photo shoot. It was a beautiful day and the staff was great!

Very easy to book and quick response time. Had a good time and all the employees were real cool. Boats should come with an anchor in the front and back though. We were moving in a circle haha.

Experience was good. Had a small mechanical problem with the boat but nothing that I wasn’t able to overcome (reason for 4 stars) and get the boat back to shore. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Will use them again when in the area. Would definitely recommend.
