Pros:
The boat size, we had 30 people and fit well.
Sam, one of the boat staff was very helpful
Cons:
Lack of communication: it was so difficult to get answers regarding the boat or the logistics.
The one guy from the boat staff was very rude through the trip.
We also had an incident where our drone crashed and fell in the water while we were stopped but they decided to start driving right away and wouldn’t even wait a minute for us to try and retrieve it.

We took a day trip to Catalina with about 25 friends. The boat was perfect for everyone to hang out, dance, etc. The crew was fun and helpful. Everyone on board had a amazing time!

We all had a great time! The crew Noah & Sam were very nice and accommodated all our needs! Although the boat is very old and out dated & could use a few upgrades, the overall experience was great!

Mario the booker for the boat told us that we would be able to swim while we were out depending on the conditions. We found out while we were out that he did not even have a permit to let passengers swim. Don't listen to Mario if he tells you that you can swim in the ocean. In fact I would doubt everything he says about what you can or can't do on the boat because we were lied to when we went out.

Had an amazing time and would love to book again. I had about 30 people in my party and there was enough room for everyone. Staff was great in helping loading our things onto the boat. The upper part of the boat requires climbing a ladder which I wasn't aware of, just something to note for the ladies. Also was not aware there was a bed in the bottom floor but everyone loved laying down for a second.

My time there was amazing. I had a lot of fun and took a lot of pictures with my friends. Everyone loved it! Wish the owner was there but the crew member there did a really good job anyways and were really nice especially because some of my friends came late and they were patient. The only thing is the boat was a bit smaller than expected and older so the interior isn’t the most modern and the lights to the vanity downstairs would turn on and off which was a bit creepy but overall I had fun!

What a magical time!!! I was very fortunate to find this yacht to provide for my 25 guests! The staff was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Although the yacht is a bit dated we were able to lift it up for the occasion. Very spacious. We had the guest mingling throughout the boat which made it very comfortable. It was a beautiful day and everyone had a blast!!

Celebrated my 31st Birthday here with my family and close friends! Everyone had an amazing time, captain was great, and people are already planning to book for the next one!! 10/10

Celebrated my sister's 40th birthday and had an amazing time. The captain and crew were so helpful and cool and let us really turn up and enjoy ourselves. Life changing experience for sure. We had about 30 guests and it was the perfect size with several areas to mingle, dance and party at. I would 100% recommend!

Everything went really well. Very pleased with this rental - had about 31 people for my 30th on the boat.
Communication was great and the route they took was fun and interesting. Perfect space and the staff were helpful!

Only challenge we had was the speakers didn’t really work the way they said they would - one was broken and the other was extremely quiet which was a bummer because I had checked this in advance and didn’t get any notice until we arrived of the issue.

We had the best time celebrating mine and my brothers 30th birthday with family and friends.
We had so much fun that we are looking into doing it again. We left at 4pm and the weather was perfect!! Mario was very communicative and answered all my questions prior to the event.

The captain and crew were great. The trip went smoothly. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the boat. The main party space had covers over the couches. The kitchen area was pretty filthy and the bathroom were marginally clean. Only 2 of the 3 bathrooms were available for use. The boat’s owner was responsive but is probably unaware about the crew’s efforts to keep the boat clean. It would also be nice to have all the parking directions at the time of booking to include in our invite.

The trip was so fun with all my friends. It was running a little late and the initial boarding was really crowded in the main room. As soon as things got into the swing and we took off, the boat felt really spacious with all its floors and different areas. Captain Dave was very accommodating!

The crew was ok but the boat was very dated to say the least and it was not clean. This boat should not be premium priced. The captain and first mate never asked us how it was going during the whole cruise.

The boat was listed as out of Long Beach but was actually in San Pedro where the LA Long Beach port is located. This is not a scenic area folks.

Had a great experience celebrating wife’s milestone birthday. Owner and Crew was very helpful and friendly. Some communication related items that would have made it a 5 star experience:
1. Big turnaround time at times to get response from owner. Had to involve Boatsetter app people to get response, however, towards the event date, communication was better.
2. Didn’t know about us having to take a ferry from San Pedro to Long Beach, which, owner covered, until the previous day.

Mario and crew were great to work with! I do agree with other reviewers and wish communication was better. Although, Mario was very responsive leading up to the day of the event. The boat is also a bit dated but that didn't really matter to us. Everyone had too much fun to care lol.

Great time on the boat celebrating my birthday with friends. The only reason for the 4 stars was the crew. Last time we booked on this app, deckhands were coming around to check on guests throughout our time. Unfortunately the crew seemed very relaxed and laidback, didn’t check on us during our time.
Also, we were told that swimming was available (says on features when booking) and the crew did not allow it, not exactly sure why.
Wish we could have swam on such a beautiful sunny day.

"I recommended it". I had a family reunion with 36 people on 5 August, and my entire party fit with extra room to spare. Sam and Hunter (boat crew) were great guys and made our voyage easy going. Four stars only because the boat is a bit dated. FYSA, the location of the dock is on the right side of the Maritime Museum in San Pedro, CA, as your looking at the entrance to the museum. Hope that helps locating the dock.

My sons father has passed away at age 52 being diagnosed with multiple cancers and wanted to properly release his ashes into the ocean had about 20 guests. Mario’s crew was very helpful and attentive with our needs. Turned a sad situation into a positive experiences. Was very affordable compared to other options available .
Will definitely use this service in the future hopefully for a different circumstance. Thank you so much !!!

The crew were very helpful and tried to accommodate the changes in docking because their normal dock was not available. We had to park much further away and when we got to the boat they had a portable stairs that would not accommodate a few members of our party especially my dad. The stairs were narrow and wobbly. They tried really hard to help make is safer but in the end we could not have our celebration on the boat. We used the boat to change and let them go half way through the event.
