Captain Javier gave my family a wonderful tour of Miami. Our journey began down the Miami River and ended with a relaxing cruise through Biscayne Bay. I highly recommend them!

I booked a boat through Boatsetter for my birthday, and it was fantastic! The boat was clean and well-equipped, and the captain was super friendly and professional. We had an amazing time cruising, swimming, and enjoying the views. The whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend for a special day!

Fantastic Boat ride and a priceless experience for those visiting or looking for a different perspective of the Miami harbor and skyline. Highly recommend this boat. We had 7 for a bachelor party with plenty of space and would remain comfortable for 11/12 people. The Captain, Duniel, was perfect for our group in navigating our trip and showing us the best locations to relax and enjoy our experience. 4 hours would be plenty but 6 hours for us was perfect for our trip. Will be booking again!!!

Everything cool, the boat amazing and our captain so gentle. We were late because of the traffic but he forgives us and doesn’t discount the time we lost. I originally was scheduled to charter a boat with the host on April 20. Unfortunately there were mechanical issues and we ended up getting a boat for Sunday. There were a lot of back and forth administrative things going on but it worked out. Our caption Orlando was amazing. He was very communicative responsive and overall fun and knowledgeable. The ride was everything I wanted. I highly recommend Orlando.

What a great experience. First of all, Yasniel was an excellent communicator throughout the booking process as we made adjustments to the duration of the rental and again when weather forced us to change the date of the rental. For the rental itself, we had Duniel as our captain, who was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and willing to do whatever the group wanted. I would 100% rent and work with Yasniel and Duniel again the next time I'm down in Miami!

Great service! Our captain Eli was friendly and easy going. Easily connected to a loud speaker, large cooler for our drinks. Great view of the city, enjoyed sunset, etc. Would definitely recommend for celebrating a special occasion or just a fun vacation activity.

Amazing experience, we had a great time! The boat is really beautiful and comfortable and the captain duniel was really accommodating!

So finding the place was a bit rocky. There was a locked gate and we were walking along the sidewalk for a few min before the gate opened and I took a chance by going in (I guess I figured there would be someone there to meet us and show us where to go). After meandering down the dock and finding our slip number, I found our captain, Javier. To say the rest was “smooth sailing” would be accurate! Javier was absolutely wonderful and the boat was clean and beautiful. We had such a great time!

I rent boats quite often in Boatsetter and I can say this was the best service by far from all the boats I have rented.

This is the first time that the captain was very attentive and not pushing desperately for a tip nor trying to “help to store” the alcohol and the it disappears.

Our group of friends had a great time on the boat with our captain, Miguel. Miguel customized our trip to include a tour of Miami’s waterfront mansions, providing great details of which celebrities live where and which houses are famous or infamous. He then took us to a island for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. The boat was clean and well maintained. Overall, we had an excellent time!

I decided to surprise my husband with a boat ride for his b-day and he loved it! Our captain Duniel was such a pleasure. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best but Duniel made sure we enjoyed ourselves. The boat was in great condition and was more than enough space for the both of us. We started our tour at 1:30 and it lasted until 5 p.m. When we return to Miami next year we will definitely book this boat again. If anyone is looking for a boat while in Miami- this is it- trust me!

We had a fantastic day with calm waters. Miguel was our captain and he did a great job. I don’t know if it would have been the same without him. He is personable. Slight issue with the ‘easy’ caterer delivery as there was a communication breakdown but all was resolved and we were off. Better late than never, but again, that time was not lost. I only recommend one reads carefully as I didn’t. There are the fees, 7%, the fees boatsetters charges and then the captain fees per hour and dock fees.

Yasniel and Orlando, our captain, were wonderful and we had a great trip out to the bay! They were flexible with rescheduling us due to poor weather, and were also very communicative the entire week leading up to the trip. Would definitely recommend making a reservation with them!

Had the most amazing time. I booked the yatch for a bachelorette and it was the highlight for the party. We were 8 of us and all of us fit very comfortably. We had an excellent trip! Adiel was our captain and he was fantastic. Our group was on a joint bachelor and bachelorette party and we booked 2 boats. Adiel and the other boat’s captain drove us around the water where had a great view of the skyline, then anchored our two boats together where we could cross over if we wanted to. This boat was spacious enough to fit us 10 girls comfortably. Water, ice, a cooler, and the boat’s speaker were provided. Would definitely recommend!!

Our trip was fantastic- great pickup, Captain Orlando was so friendly and fun, and we had a great two-hour cruise around Miami! The boat was clean and very tastefully outfitted, and provided a comfortable trip. We will definitely be booking with Orlando/ Yasniel again in the future.

We rented the boat on a bachelorette trip and had an excellent time! We had 7 ladies in our group and rented the boat for 3 hours. The price was super reasonable and we were out on the water for the perfect amount of time. Our captain Eli was great! He took us to a bay to hang out and swim. I would absolutely recommend this boat and captain again!

Great experience. The Captain Daniel, was amazing, super nice and friendly. He explained how everything worked, showed us around the bay area and keys. He more than anything deserves the 5 stars for his service and attention.

Miguel was the best captain! He made sure everyone was safe and showed us a great time! The boat was able to stop and let us off in the water, had music and a bathroom. Overall the entire experience was great and we would do this again!!

The team was prompt, professional, and truly accommodating to our needs and preferences. Once aboard, I was impressed by the spacious and clean layout of the boat.
