Awesome experience, Matthew and his crew made everything possible. We even showed up late and he was generous enough to extend out time free of charge, Shows what a great guy he is and how much he cares about his customers. Will definitely come back for our next boat rental. We highly recommend them.

Fabulous day on the boat. the team made the experience easy. the boat operated great. My only surprise is that the marina charges $20 a car for parking. I would have done a bit more car pooling had i known that. definitely not a deal breaker and i will be back.

Boat was great and company came and picked us up directly from parking lot on a boat to take us to dock where our boat was. They also dropped us back off to the parking lot with all of our stuff. Super sucks that parking is $20/car though.

This is a nice pontoon boat, and it's in good
condition. There were 6 of us, and we had
plenty of room. We were given instructions
on how to operate the boat safely and
directions to the best swim areas. We really
enjoyed swimming and boating on Lake
Travis. We would rent from Matthew again.

Cooperative and responsive, a wonderful experience booking a rental boat with Matthew

It would have been nice to know about the damage to the pedestrian ramp ahead of our arrival. We had no knowledge that we would have to call to be picked up and be shuttled to our boat slip. We were shorted on our boat time because of this. There was chaos at the pick up area and this was unfortunate.

He even offered first aid assistance to someone in need of care. Carter was also wonderful! He was personable and kind and walked us through the boating process. very happy with the boating experience and will be doing it again

First time on Lake Travis with the family and we had an absolute blast! The attendant at the dock was helpful and nice, and the whole team was a pleasure to talk to. The boat itself, despite some tiny spider webs they quickly wiped off, was well maintained and performed like a beauty. Thanks for the awesome experience!

We had SUCH a great time with our pontoon. My family said this was their favorite part of our trip to the Hill Country. It was an easy, straight-forward process. The guys who helped us were super chill. Only ting that was a tiny surprise for us was that we had to pay the Texas sales tax. Wasn't a ton, no biggie, just didn't know (thought it was entirely prepaid). No fault of the boat rental company though. We would do it again!

The boat was ready for us, super clean and nice. We received some information about water levels in Lake Travis, etc. Matt and his crew were great, and we'll always use this business in the future.

Nothing complicated about this company that will get things done and be on the lake without any hassle. The owner took the time to make sure that we are aware of how to operate and follow the laws. With me and my whole family that are profoundly deaf the owner took an extra steps to communicate with us. The boat runs great and gets. Us around and back to the docks! Will go again soon!

Way exceeded our expectations. I captained my wife, three daughters, spouses and their children (3 to 6). Boat was clean and tip top shape. Crew at Dock were friendly and helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend them and would use them again for sure.

I was help by Carter and his crew at the marina. No issues with check in. Our rental for no captain, they explained everything about how to operate the boat / safety items and then asked if I had any questions. No issues with the boat. Return process is nice, drive up to end of dock, then jump on and park it for you. Friendly and helpful.

Boat was in great shape and no issues to report other then it didn’t have a depth meter. The staff is where this place shines tho! Carter was absolutely amazing! He gave us a full run down on the boat, the lake and gave us suggestions on places to visit and avoid. We spent the afternoon checking out the damn and then found a great spot to throw anchor and relax/float on the Lilly pad. Hands down, will be back again!

Everyone was so accommodating and friendly! They go above and beyond to make sure your day is going to be the best! They even aired up a tube for us when our air pump went out. We had a problem with the stereo not working. Nearly all the employees came out to try to fix the problem. Check in and return was seamless. We had a heavy I’ve chest and one of the guys loaded it for us. With all the options for boat rental on Lake Travis, we’d definitely recommend them and will be coming back for more!!

boat did not have a lot of speed therefore was not able to see all that we wanted to see in 6 hours. as far as use and abuse the boat showed sins of wear but not trashed, had no problems out on the water and not having to fuel it up was a plus. guys at the dock were great and would definitely rent it again if i had to, plan on bringing my boat from California shortly.

These guys were great! Luxury Boat Rentals is a little family owned business that operates out of the marina. Unlike a private renter, LBR had multiple boats and a manned booth. Carter (manager) was great. He gave us great directions, helped with loading, and gave great instructions. Would 100% recommend.

Matthew the owner I believe and I communicated well but the person who we returned the Pontoon once we were done was totally unprofessional and had temper issue.
He push the driver from has captain chair and shouted at him while we were moving inn to park the boat at super slow approaching to the dock... He owes the captain an apology.
