Mike was great to deal with on the boat rental. He checked the weather and was willing to work with us on best timing for potential wind The boat was in good condition and worked well for us.

I was misguided by the write up and thought the meeting spot was in S Tahoe but the park in NV turned out to be a better spot. The east and north shore were beautiful.

I also thought we would have tubes to ride as listed in the description. Should have asked. But we have a wonderful day anyway.

Awesome experience! Tom, our captain was the best! He took us to a private beach so the kids could swim and took us tubing. He was in no rush at any moment and took his time with us and was very attentive and helpful any moment we needed. Mike, the owner was very responsive to my questions and made this an easy experience. Will definitely rent from them again!!

Mike was a great host. The boat was super well maintained and fully functional (including core functions, but also all details—electronics functional, radio functional, bimini functional, tubing equipment functional etc.). Mike was completely on time for pick up and drop off. And he went out of his way to work with us on a pick up and drop off location that was more convenient for us. We look forward to working with him again.

Boat was great but customer service was lacking. Reservation contract said to meet in one place, 15 mins prior to boarding. A phone call came in right before we were getting in car to meet somewhere else, 30 minutes earlier. There was no way we could do this and so we were told we were "late". Not our fault at all-I recommend owners update the rental contract with accurate information. Owners were detailed in operating instructions but pretty rude. Won't rent here again.

24’ pontoon boat had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. Was easy to get into and out of water on boat and was very comfortable. Captain Tom was very friendly, knowledgeable about the lake, and very competent and did not intrude. Would recommend using a captain if you are not familiar with Lake Tahoe and boats. We would have liked to known that the boat did not come with an ice chest. Fuel cost was reasonable. 4 hour rental period was about correct length of time for our group.

It was a very straighforward and seamless transaction! Mike met us at the ramp, put the boat in the water, we hopped on, pushed back and away we went! Able to explore and circumnavigate the lake well within the 4-hour rental period only to be met by Mike at the dock, deboarded and off we went! Highly recommend it!

We had a great time on the lake! This was our first time here, so just cruising the coast and sight seeing was beautiful. There is no bad day on the lake! The views are spectaular! The boat was just as described, very comfortable, perfect for a pleasure cruise, and Mike was very accomodating!

Mike and Dan were awesome. The boat was available a little early, and we had an amazing day on the lake. Would highly recommend renting from them, and I've book parked them for a future trip.

Tom was super accommodating for this trip. There was an error with our scheduled time and Tom went out of his way to make sure we had the boat during the time we were in Tahoe. The boat was amazing and we would definitely rent with him again, given the chance.

We rented a boat from Tom and it was a great experience. We got lost trying to find our way to the location of the boat loading zone but Tom was understanding and was able to go us on our boat right away. Our captain was really nice and took us to Emerald Bay and suggested some nice beaches to go to the next day. I would recommend using this boat if you are just wanting a nice relaxing day on the lake. The only downfall was that the speaker system was not loud enough to our liking. I regretted not bringing my box with me. We were not able to connect with bluetooth and had to use an aux wire that we thankfully had but the sound quality was not there.

We had a blast. The bay was clean and ran great. Magic was so nice and helpful.

It was a little odd figuring out where to go for the boat, because it was just a house, but once we got that sorted, it was wonderful. We hired Tom as our captain, and he took great care of us. It got choppy in the afternoon, as is apparently quite typical, but he got us home safely. The trip ended a little short because of the wind, but it was great nonetheless. And we had fun riding those whitecaps. 😊

We had the best time celebrating my friends birthday on Tom’s beautiful pontoon boat. Tom came and picked us up on the water and helped us load everything and his boat was incredible! Tom was also very responsive to all messages and made the entire process easy. We will rent from Tom every time we come to South Lake Tahoe!

Tom and the boat were so great! He helped to make it a smooth experience and took great care of us. Only thing I was a little unsure of was Tom has his own rental company and though I booked through Boatsetter app and paid security deposit through app, Tom had me fill out liability paperwork for his company and pay an additional security deposit to him directly. I agreed and paid it but was unsure of why I had to do that. He did refund deposit as promised after trip

We had a wonderful time on Tom's boat. The boat was beautiful. It looked brand new, and had plenty of room on board with a nice shade structure over the middle. It has a great navigation system that shows the water depth and nearby rocks, which makes it much easier to drive safely and not worry. The bluetooth sound system worked perfectly. Tom was responsive and helpful, giving clear explanations and suggestions. Everyone agreed they would do it again!
