Chandler's Landing

Chandler's Landing provided an excellent experience for us. We had to book last minute and they were nothing but accommodating. Except for a tiny wrinkle with the boat, everything worked flawlessly. This was a great way to spend a weekend with friends or families, we'll definitely consider renting from them again in the future.

The check in process was chaotic. We didn’t know we had to bring the drivers credit card so had to go home and get in which cut into our rental time. We originally were told that since we had a 4+ hour rental we would get a tube for free. After taking off for a few minutes we realized there was no tube on the boat. When we circled back to the marina they argued that we were ever told that then had to be put on a different boat which also cut into our rental time. They charged a ton for gas.

They fined us an extra $100 for being on the outer part of the boat to help tie down upon return. We had no idea there’d be employees there to help us out. We were just trying to help make sure the boat didn’t get damaged. This place is ran by a bunch of teenagers and a manager who had a kid tell us about the fine. Verbal notice of said fines prior hand would’ve been appropriate. When my entire party heard about this, they were disgusted. We will still to renting from private owners from now on.

We unfortunately had a different boat cancel on us the night before and Chandlers Landing was able to get us on a new boat the next morning so that our group could have a great day on the water.

Would absolutely rent from them again and recommend to anyone!

The staff was amazing at the Marina. Super helpful, very organized and clean.
The boat itself was just ok. It needed a few repairs and the motor was small/slow.
The kids had a blast with the slide!
