Alejandra and Aaron were such gracious and welcoming hosts. Being my first time with this style of boat I had many questions throughout the day and they had responses almost immediately making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed.

Easy access, thorough instructions on the boat. The boat ran great with inflatables rafts. I would book again

Alejandra and the captain Victor did a very good job making this an experience. The boat was clean, had champagne, water, and Victor did a phenomenal job navigating us to the perfect spot to watch the fireworks on a Wednesday night. We plan on doing this again in August thanks to the positive experience.

We had such a great experience from the hosts meeting us at the dock, to clear communication. The boat had everything you needed, as well as being impeccably clean and well taken care of. We look forward to renting it again for another fabulous Labor Day weekend out on the lake.

The owners accommodated our preferences and provided an extremely easy rental boarding near our hotel. The small touch and go area selected allowed us to get on the boat and begin our rental quickly without issue. I would highly recommend renting from Alejandra as we had a great time!

The boat was clean, comfortable, and capable. My complaint is that it was not clear how to actually get to the boat. The posting included an address that is not where the boat is. And where the boat is has no parking. It is necessary to use the Lakefront parking garage near millennium park and walk. No big deal once I knew that was what was needed. But it wasn’t at all clear the day of the booking. We were 30 minutes late for our rental, and no discount or free extension was offered. Not classy.

Great experience. They were attentive to messages, gave great advice on where to park and meet. Boat was clean and well maintained. Very friendly and accommodating. Helped everyone on and off boat. Very patient with elder and children.
It was a day we celebrated the loss of our Father and they made sure everything went perfect.
