Staff was very prompt and the ball was waiting for us when we arrived. The boat ran well and accomplished what I was looking for. However, the boat was in need of some updating and maintenance. The equipment on board met the minimum requirements, but not much beyond that.

We did not get the Panga. We had the Parker and it broke down about three hours into our rental. Luckily, we were close to the marina and after calling in, they came out to help us after about an hour. We were given another boat and really enjoyed the day. We were not charged for fuel. I'm a business owner and sometime things go wrong. It's how you deal with the problem that shows what type of company you are. We were treated well and would rent again from them.

Boat was super fun, staff was really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a boat in Key West.

Had a great time on the pontoon. They were very helpful guiding us to some great places around the Key before we set out. Would recommend to anyone looking to get out on the water on their own while in KW.

We had a great time! Rick was was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us get on the boat gave instructions, tips & suggested some places to go for snorkeling and lunch. It was a wonderful day.

We booked 8hrs. However my group if a 19, (2) 14, and 10yo were ready to call it a day 6hrs in.

Perfect boat for what we were wanting to do around key west. Yamaha 150 was economical.

Great all around boat to bop around key west

We had a great day using Spencer’s boatyard! Boat was clean, great instructions & information beforehand, & the GPS was set up to make navigating unfamiliar waters easy. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly as well! We will definitely use them again.

Boat handled well, bottom was a bit dirty otherwise I would give it a 5. Having the GPS on board was a big plus

Easy pickup, easy delivery, and I had the boat for 8 hours at a good price. Lots of fun. GPS was a bonus, and they took the time to talk through landmarks to help me get to the sandbar I was looking for.

This boat is very suitable for the Florida Keys! Had fun with a family of 4!

Rick was great to work with, but once we got there and on the boat, we headed out and half an hour into our trip the boat stopped working and wouldn’t restart, so we called the guy at the dock after about a half hour, they sent someone out right away and eventually got the boat started, they then told us to bring the boat back, to get a different boat, so after about another hour and a half we were on our way, I just felt we should of been compensated for the time we weren’t able to be out

It was good but they had warned me about the wind before leaving the dock, and it was so bad that we had to return 2 hours early. The boat had performed as expected, but I wish that we could have cancel due to high winds and rough sea's

The experience was pretty good! Easy to book, easy to find the marina, and an easy check-in process. The boat definitely had some visible wear and tear (bilge switch missing, one trim tab not working, throttle overtightened and no VHF radio), BUT, it got us out and back to Cottrell Key safely, and my friends and I had a great time fishing and snorkeling. Thank you for sharing your boat!

The boat,motor and electronics were all in good coditiion and operated flawlessly. In additiin the rental location was helpful in advising us in navigation and locations of interest

Excellent service. If you want to rent a boat, you have to come here. Very professional and on time service. This is the only place to rent from.

The Sea Fox was unavailable so we got a deck boat. Much better option for cruising with a family or friends, more seating and shade. The guys at the dock very helpful.

Plenty of room on this boat for ~10, faster engine than other rentals (i.e. pontoon) to cover more water, easy to drive and get to / from / around sandbars.

Communication was great, and instruction to get where we want to go (especially for out of towners) was clear, we had a great day on the water!

Boat ran perfect. GPS tracks out to The Snipes to follow. Check-in, check-out was too easy. They provided a cooler, Bluetooth speaker, they sell bagged ice there if you need it. Perfect day at the sandbar.

Excellent boating experience. First time boating in the keys. The onboard GPS system was extremely helpful. We knew where we were and where we could safely take the boat. Anthony who worked with us to familiarize us with the boat was detailed and patient to make sure we knew how to operate the boat!! We will come back.

Great experience with Spencer Boat rentals. Will definitely use them again. Only negative was one of the cooler to use for our lunch and drinks was not clean at all. There was a bait container opened sitting in water that smelled disgusting in the cooler. But luckily there was a 2nd cooler we were able to use. The person setting us up on the boat did offer to clean the cooler as well.

Solid boat and really great staff. Had a great day on the water and the Sea Fox was a good option for getting out to the reefs.
