“Captain Ray has owned and operated numerous boats since 1966. He holds a USCG 100 Ton Masters License and has been offering charter experiences since 2001.  While the majority of his charter business operations were in Hawaii, he has captained his current vessel on the Atlantic Intra-Coastal Waterway of Florida and ventured offshore to explore the Bahamas.  ​After 20 years of Tropical life and Adventures in Hawaii and Florida, he returned to his roots in California. His boat, Victoria's Seacret, was moved from Florida to her present location on the Delta.  For the past year and a half, she has cruised the Delta taking in its sights, sounds and hideaway places. She will be your vessel for a memorable journey exploring the Delta Waterways.  With an excellent safety record, and a passion for what he does, Captain Ray will welcome you aboard and strive to provide you the best possible boating and tour experience.”
