We had a great time! Tony was on time on delivery and communicated very clearly what we needed to know. The boat was beautiful and exactly what we needed. Only issue I had was that I would have preferred communication sooner. I had a previous rental cancel, so I was concerned it would happen again and had to reach out to Ben multiple times via messages and text before I was sent the plans. Would have been nice to have had the information sooner than the night before. Thank you, would book again!

The boat was great! I grew up on a lake up north and haven’t been on the water much since moving down to NC so It felt good to get back out there. The booking was very easy and everything was taken care of, overall the experience was awesome and I would definitely refer to anyone to use this team!

Met with a gentleman who's name was Ray when picking the boat up. He was an incredibly nice and easy to work with individual. the Writesville Beach Area was an incredible place to run the boat, and the boat ran 38 mph with 9 people and fully loaded with fishing and beach gear in it. Smooth ride with no issues. Highly recommend this boat to any groups of people with kids as it's a very comfortable and safe feeling boat.

Great experience

Ben was very professional, responded quickly to questions and needs. His assistant Tony was courteous and had the boat ready and waiting for us at the dock. The boat did not have bow and stern lines, but we instead have to use fender lines to attach to the dock. Only one other spare line. The eye for the starboard rear bimini strap was broken. Bow anchor cleat was stuck in the down position. No instructions for radio use were given. Gear/throttle control very stiff.

Boat was perfect. Ben was great to work with and I will use him for my next rental.

This was a phenomenal rental day. I rented a skiff to take the grandparents out on a cruise while they were in town, we got to see dolphins and every bird on the water. We all had an amazing time. The boat was clean, full of fuel, and ran phenomenal. I fell in love with the engine it’s so quiet I could barely tell it was running. I will be renting again! Thank you Ben! The back seats were comfy enough for the grandparents…(both almost 90 years old😎they made it!)

Have you ever found a really good restaurant that others haven’t yet discovered? You want to tell your friends about it, but not so many that the place looses its charm or quality. If you’re considering joining one of the local boat rental clubs, DON’T. Save your $$$.

Boat was very nice and Tony was always 💯 responsive. The boat easily fit 8.
A few pointers for those new to Wrightsville:
There are public docks in front of the old wings (breeza) where you can dock and get lunch or use public restrooms.
If you do an overnight boat rental you can also dock there (has to be less than 24 hours).

This is an easy way to see all the things from the water!

Mason already had the boat in the water and ready to go. After a 5 min orientation of the boat, we were off. We had 8 on the boat and there was plenty of seating. The boat was powered with a 175 HP and it was plenty to get the boat on plane. The local navigation chart plotter was easy to work and to see the surrounding areas. Our day started a little later than planned due to a problem with the original boat. However, Tony, our contact was gracious and because of the late start provided the gas for free. Benjamin’s Carolina skiff was brand new and totally loaded and set up for anything. Cruising, fishing, skiing. Plenty of power 175 hp Suzuki outboard.
He came in time to deliver the boat, was very helpful on answering questions, and easy to deal with.
I am renting this boat again.

Perfect!! Rented the boat to celebrate my bday with some friends. A young man Tony dropped it off and picked it up. Great communication from him - he called ahead of time to let me know when he arrived with the boat and went over everything with my captain so i didn’t have to worry about a thing.
