Although we had some technical problems with one of the WaveRunners (I suspect some bad fuel), the customer service was outstanding, and he made it right with the billing. We all had a great time, and there was plenty of time for everyone to ride the WaveRunners.

First time being able to experience a vocational boat ride and it went amazing, the captain showed us a lot of great spots, will come back with more friends and family!

The boat was perfect and fantastic service from Russell, Presleigh, and Finney Boats. The boat was a piece of cake to drive, and a lot of fun. We got great recs on where to go based on what we were looking for (dolphins) and my group had a great time.

We will definitely be renting from them again.

This was an amazing experience! They were able to squeeze us in last minute on the same day after another boat company canceled on my group. We had such an amazing time, the boat was clean, comfortable, and super organized. We had the best captain who really accommodated us and made sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and I had the best time! I would suggest a little more instruction as far as where to go to check in, but we had a blast outside of that! I would absolutely recommend these guys! They were great! Totally worth what you pay for! We are SO glad we took the chance on vacation 😊

The Captain, Mr. Russell was an awesome and kind person. He went above and beyond to make sure my family enjoyed their time on the boat. Mr. Russell was patient with us from the first day I requested to use his boat. Mr. Russell’s different acts of kindness really made my boating experience great. Mr. Russell responded quickly to emails, he learned everyone’s name, helped the Young Adults with fishing, and he talked with the family about past experiences. Thank you Mr. Russell

Excellent service from Finley Boat Rentals. Boat started ever time, ran well and did not use as much gasoline as I thought it would. Will rent again from these guys when in Galveston.

When arrived, he had the wrong boat in the water and told me he didn't know why they put this boat in the water. Didn’t wanted to wait the 1.5 hrs he said it would take to get the right boat ready. Boat he gave me needed multiple things to be updated and fixed. Bench seat literally fell apart on the water and the boat was very well used alot. Nice guy and company but honestly will not use them again. Sorry

What an amazing day! We had 10 people, we’re over weight for the first boat we booked but Russell moved us to the 24ft 2k weight limit and it worked perfectly! Sean and Leah were amazing help and answered all questions and even looked through the boat after we called and had forgotten some stuff and waited and handed it to us when we went back! My kids and wife had an amazing time and the boat was perfect with the inter tube and suggestions on wear to go to swim/see dolphins/see the old wreck.

Great rental, they had charts and explained where to go for private beach access with covered hammocks and where to tube! The boat had a GPS system which helped stay out of the commercial waterways. Kids had a blast tubing in Galveston bay.

This was our second time renting from Finney Boats. The boat was in great condition and the service was friendly and helpful. Our group all had a great time!

Important! The person I was in contact with (prior to approval) KNEW I was renting the boat to fish the Galveston Jetties. He NEVER told me I could not take their boat to the Jetties. They have a prescribed course/area you must follow/remain in.
It had several ripped seats making the boat seem rather junky. Had a bit of a worry when after an hour of being anchored with the engine off, it had no power for the first full five minutes after restart. Stalled.
Should know in advance. Can't cancel.
