My wife and her friends had a wonderful time on Troy boat for her birthday. He was very accommodating when setting things up with me (pick up and drop off points), gave recommendations how to have the best experience, and I have heard nothing but wonderful things from the ladies since. Mr. Troy was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable about the water and his pontoon. Allowed us to get comfortable and acclimated with the boat and made us feel like family ! We truly enjoyed our ride on the fantastic voyage.

Great boat, great dude. Really appreciated Franklin's patience and assistance helping us bring the boat back into the dock. He was punctual, professional and very kind. The boat is also a very nice boat in excellent condition. We enjoyed our cruise up the Potomac and into DC.

Absolutely outstanding experience. Franklin couldn't have made it easier. The boat is terrific - it seems brand new - and it handled really well in the water on a very windy day. It was also outfitted with everything we needed for both fun and safety. Highly recommend both Franklin and the Harris 230 pontoon boat!

The boat was fine. Initial rental was easy. But 24 hours prior to date of launch a lot of protocols had to be met which should have been done at the time of booking

We really enjoyed our experience. His Communication was great and I would definitely recommend and use him again.
