The pricing was my biggest problem, given I also had to pay a 15% gratuity that wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. Though we left 10 past the booking time, the captain didn't even give us those 10 minutes of grace and instead pulled into the pier 15 minutes before time. I essentially paid $3.5K for an hour and a half.
Even the sea route didn't touch the Brooklyn bridge despite having requested the captain before we left. We instead just went to the statue of liberty and circled around.

Everything went so smoothly and the staff were super accommodating to the wide age range of our group (13-85). Everyone had a lovely time and we can't thank Captain Mark, Adam and Noon enough!

Paul and his crew were phenomenal and took great care of our large group.

A wonderful cruise on an amazing, clean and well fitted sail boat! John was a great captain and smart on local sites, - he was a pleasure to cruise around with.

Paul was quick to respond and Captain John was so nice. The boat is well kept and perfect for a lovely sunset sail along the Hudson. We even saw dolphins!!! Captain John pointed them out to us and said he’s seen them before. We had a great evening on board!

The owner reached out 2 days before the booking notifying us the “captain had shingles” and could no longer honor the original 7pm sail time and was moving our booking to 8pm. Given the time frame of the change we had no choice but to accept as we were unable to find another boat last minute to accommodate our desired time. We show up to find another group of passengers being unloaded at 8pm. The owner had obviously double booked and moved our time at the very last minute.

We had such a fun time out on the water with Paul! Boat is very very nice, big, and clean. Staff was great. Overall fantastic experience, would 100% booking!

Really enjoyed our time on the Trident! Paul was great during the process and answered all of my questions, captain Andrew was great on the day of!

The captain motored the entire 3 hours claiming this is a Coast Guard requirement for sudden moves. Not true. I have sailed these waters at the helm of many sailboats including a schooner. The boat's engine does not have to be in gear all the time. A good watch prevents sudden moves. Motoring on autopilot allowed the captain to return to the dock on time to pick up the next charter. When I asked to raise the sails, only the jib was unfurled and then backwinded. The mainsail was never raised.
