Rented the boat for four hours for a family with 4 kids. My husband and I are experienced with boats, but we don't own one. I agreed to more time charged to my account because we took our time unloading and loading the boat. When we dropped off the boat I started to get text messages with questions regarding damage. A claim was filed and has used my text messages to make her case. My card was charge $500 for the claim to be filed. We should have documented damage before taking the boat.
