We first started off with our boat not ready at 1, then they tried to give us a boat that was not what we ordered. The boat they tried to give was not working properly with the fuel pump so was told we had to stay under a certain RPM. Come 1:30 mind you out sail time was 1 they finally told us the Bentley boat ( one we originally ordered was available). Finally getting on the water and still had to be in by 7. Not the full 6 hours I had paid for.

Great experience, they gave me a free upgrade which I did not really need, but it worked out great. Over all a great experience. Would definitely use this service again

The tour of the island was wonderful, but there were many problems to make it happen! First, we paid $350 for a captain through an app that never existed (we lost that money). On the day of the tour we discovered that the boat we had rented did not exist and they had to divide us into 2 boats. In other words, we stayed on the island for up to 2 hours and then returned to change boats, which was very tiring. Finally we found out that we would have to pay $400 to the captain. I do not recommend.

Booking, communication, and trip were great.

Excellent experience,boat was everything promised and more, good shade for the kids. We were able to fish and have fun at crab island, will definitely use this group again! Thankyou!
