worst experience! Do not use this company!! We got a broken boat from & spent 2 hours trying to get it to work. The owner had his wife & nephew helping and it was no help at all. They explained the boat was sensitive, yet couldn’t tell us how to fix the issue. They offered us another boat. That boat the motor got stuck and wouldn’t go back down. Spent hours waiting to be rescued from an island. our men got hurt helping the owner tow us! He agreed to a full refund then only refunded less then1/2

The boat had mildew on the seats, the gauges were not working and we had no idea how much gas was left. The top tarp was ripped. Mostly we were concerned with the gauges not working.

Great experience on the water with this pontoon! Our family of 7 adults all fit comfortably with room to move around. It was easy to operate and we had no problems at all while out on the water. Richard was very prompt in responding to our questions and he was very calm and easy going about the whole process. We loved it and would do it again!! Thanks!!

Richard was great. He even adjusted our time because part of our party was an hour late. Then we went to the wrong dock and couldn't find him, but when we did, we boarded with no problems at all and the day was great. We will definitely contact Richard again on our next trip to St. Petersburg.

Great experience on Richard's boat today. Very quick responses to all communication in the build up and the boat(pontoon) itself was perfect. I'd definitely recommend. Everything was very easy from start to finish.

Richard was on time, which was great and informed us of everything down to the minor details. When we had questions and reached out, Richard responded back immediately. The boat only had 1 anchor at the time of us using it but we were able to make it work without any major issues. Renting from Richard made our Memorial Day on the water a blast. He recommended places to visit for the timeframe we rented for. We hope to return again so. It was a fun and beautiful day for our all girls trip.

Staff was amazing. Communication was impeccable, they were super responsive and were able to help with all concerns and get all my questions answered. Customer service experience was 5 stars, the Pantoon we got was 3 stars, (run down, seat had a large (20inch) rip on it, boat wheel was very tight and rubber was coming off so my husband's hands were black and hard to wash off. So I give over all experience 4 stars, because staff was truly great.

Richard was so patient and helpful. We had a wonderful day that ended up to be several hours longer than we planned, but he was totally fine with it and priced very reasonably. Would definitely rent again.

The boat had problems the whole time. It never went more than half speed, the dashboard was beeping at us the entire time as if there was an issue. The boat kept bogging out and then dying in the middle of the ocean, we had to pump the fuel prime on multiple occasions but even then the boat still wouldn’t start sometimes. the fuel gauge and trim gauge both didn’t work. The owner told us “this boat never has issues” and we were charged full price and given no compensation. No one contacted at all

Boat pictured in listing is completely different than either boat they offered to us on the day of the booking. The boat we took was significantly older without a working radio and fuel gauge. The ladder on the back was damaged and had spots where someone’s foot could get cut open. When we complained to the owner he was confrontational and said we can just cancel on the spot if that made us feel better. We had guests that drove an hour plus to be there and just cancelling was not an option.

We found out 2 hours before our rental time the boat in the photo was out of service. We were provided a very old boat with tape all over the old vinyl and instrumentation that did not work, and we were not offered a discounted price.

I've rented many boats but the pontoon boat we received wasn't in the best looking shape. Boat details said it had a swim ladder, depth finder and sonar. It did not have any of these. Richard said he could tell we weren't impressed and argued with me after the rental that I should've told him. He then proceeded to tell me how I should've told him how I felt from the beginning and blamed me that I made him feel uncomfortable for not telling him. Horrible customer service and confrontational!

Boat worked great. Richard and his son were amicable. Probably would do a boater safety course in the future to be more comfortable, but overall a great day on the water.

Richard was very friendly and was on time for the rental. The boat was not as advertised, it is a 18’ Party Barge, not 20’ as shown in the photos and description. The stereo did not work at all. It’s great he includes fuel in the rental but this boat is just starting to show its age a bit. Steering is very tight and made it a little difficult to operate.

Everything was great: the owner explained and showed everything clearly, no delays. The boat was ready on time, and we had an excellent ride.

The boat ran well and we had a nice time, however, I didn't feel the boat was as the pictures appeared. The canopy was torn in spots, the depth and radio didn't work and steering took a bit of effort.

Richard is very nice and very thorough going over the pontoon and it's operation. I would rent again.

There was some initial confusion when the boat pictured was not actually available. Ended up going out on a tri toon that did the trick though. Experience was easy start to finish. Boat was in fair shape but ran great. Pricing was very competitive with fuel included. Would absolutely rent from Richard again.

Punctual, great service

Location was incorrect in listing for meeting and owner did not send any info until we questioned where boat was. Sat at meeting point in listing for 20+ minutes. Person getting us checked into boat had very little of knowledge on boat. Could not get depth finder to work or radio. I tried everything as well. Tach nor fuel gage worked. Seats were torn to pieces. Overall it did get us on water and we were able to still enjoy day. Just not up to par with other boats we rent.

This was a great boat for a relaxing day and not going too far. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra shade. Richard was a great communicator and very easy to work with. We would rent again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great trip. Boat was in good working order. It does have a tear in the top and some patches on the seats but that didn’t change how much fun we had. Everything we needed was provided, life jackets for 5, anchors even a Bluetooth speaker.

Richard was great to show us how to operate and the pickup and drop off was smooth. Will absolutely book again.

Richard and his friend Dee were super nice the whole way through. We had an absolute blast, the pontoon was nice and we will definitely be booking in the future!

The boat worked, however, the boat was not the boat that was pictured. It was in much worse shape. None of the gauges, horn, or depth finder worked. The ladder was broken which we did not find out until we were at shell key. The anchor was too small. All the upholstery had mold and mildew, was ripped and had tape and patch panels. The boat was not cleaned. We took the boat as we had our day planned around it, but returned it 2 hours early. I would attach the boat pictures if I could.

My family and I had a wonderful experience, and we thank Robert for that opportunity.

Renting the boat made it possible for us to go to Shell Island where we found beautiful shells, hermit crab and dolphins. Beautiful day using the boat.

We had a nice time on the water, but the boat wasn’t in the best shape and the fuel gauge broken. The real issue was being sent out without a working ladder. That was quite a safety concern and created a lot of problems through the trip getting in and out of the boat especially with older people on board. The initial meeting to get in the water was touch and go as there wasn’t much communication around where to meet and with who when it wasn’t as directed in the reservation.
