I rarely find anything to be 5/5 but this was a fantastic boat and performed for exactly what we needed it for, cruising around enjoying the lake and the sun. Boat was as described and host Rey and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) were great to work with. Definitely would rent again.

What a time! Not only was the boat in tip-top condition, Ray is a wealth of information about the area and made the pickup & drop-off process as easy as can be. Ray also has lodging and other services he can provide as well; he's more than boats! Ray will be my first call when I return to the Hot Springs area.

Great service. Very responsive. Was able to bring our family dog. Not sure if the stereo was broke or just user error, so recommend a backup speaker if you want music!

Ray had great customer service and communication. He gave us wonderful recommendations for lunch spots to dock the boat and enjoy our afternoon on the lake. The pontoon ran well and was perfect for fishing and taking in the scenery at Lake Hamilton.

A little miscommunication about where to pick up the boat, but after that was cleared up, everything was wonderful! Beautiful boat! Ron was very nice and explained things very clearly; told us about places that young kids would enjoy. Highly recommend!

We paid extra for delivery and pick up to our vrbo rental. It was on time and very convenient. Everyone had a great time - boat was clean, life jackets a bit moldy, but overall it worked out for a great day of tubing!
