A festive boat parade through Shoreline Marina & Rainbow Harbor — boats decorated with lights, music and holiday spirit, cruise by for families, boaters, and waterfront watchers. Best viewing spots are around Shoreline Village, the boardwalk, and the break wall near the marina.
