Great experience. Boat was very clean, well maintained, and ran easy. We took a slow ride around Prior Lake with stop at Charlie's on Prior. Chad did a great job of getting us on the water and giving us advice on what to look out for on the lake. He and his wife helped us dock at the end of the trip and were very hospitable.

My wife and two daughters had a great experience with Chad, Amy and their boat out on Prior Lake. Boat was in great shape and they helped us take off and dock on arrival. 5/5 experience. Lake was not to busy and perfect for an afternoon cruise on the water.

Chad and Kim were wonderful. Chad was quick to respond to our booking inquiry and answered all our questions. Our friend is a Veteran and Chad offered to give us a discount. We could even bring our dog. The boat was spotless and had all the necessary things for a fun and safe day on the water. We will use them again!

Kim and Chad were wonderful hosts! They were great at communicating and so hospitable with receiving us and showing us where everything was on the boat. They have a beautiful spot to launch from and we enjoyed our time very much!! Thank you both!

Chad was an excellent host! He showed us novice boaters how to operate the boat, dock, and anchor. Chad gave great info about the lake and directions to different points of interest on of the water. He even accommodated us running a little late. Seats on the boat were very comfortable with a big canopy for shade. The pontoon was a smooth ride. Easy parking/offloading with his house & driveway down to the dock on the water. Will definitely book again next time we are in the Twin Cities!

Chad was great to work with! The boat was spacious and clean. He gave great instructions and was willing to answer any questions we had. The kids loved the tube and that was one of the main reasons we rented from Chad. We would definitely rent again. It couldn't have been more easy!

Such a wonderful day on Prior Lake on the Premier Marine 220 SunStation RE! Both Chad and Kim were fantastic! They met us at the boat, gave us all the proper instructions for a safe and fun day. The boat was in GREAT condition, and we rented the tube as well. It was a blast. We will definitely rent from them again!

We had an amazing time on the Pontoon for a Birthday outing. Chad had great communication. Both Chad and Amy made us feel comfortable right when we got there. The Pontoon was in great shape, very clean and ran really well!

Great time on Prior Lake! Great communication with Chad (boat owner) - very quick response and helpful with questions. Boat was clean and in great shape. Overall very easy and enjoyable rental experience.

Chad was very good at explaining the areas on the lake that had rocks/sand bars, and how to avoid those areas. He is also very flexible if cancelations need to happen due to weather like rain/lightening. The boat ran very well with no issues. There was a few cosmetic things that needed to be fixed, like the carabeaners on the end of the tube rope to attach the rope to the boat, didn't shut, but still stayed attached to the boat with no problems.

We had a fantastic experience renting Chad’s pontoon for the afternoon on Memorial Day weekend! The boat was beautiful, clean, and ready to go when we arrived. The slip was easy to find, and there was convenient parking for all three of our cars. Chad made everything smooth and stress-free—would absolutely rent from him again in the future!

Chad and his wife are by far the best! I haven’t rented from anyone better and probley never will. We continue to rent from them and I would recommend them to everyone. They will guide you on things you don’t know or if you don’t know the lake very well you can message them and they will respond right away. They were always available via messages. Very well respected people.

Excellent experience on a great boat! I could not recommend Chad and Kim enough, a great experience, they had everything we wanted, tubes, kids life jackets all on a great condition boat. They let us bring our dog which most places don’t allow. I’m looking forward to booking with them again!
